As a new information system aroused after 1990s and with the development of IT technique, Human Resource Management System has already been an indispensable part in the growing of enterprise. The enterprise will not be able to grow up steadily until it localize human resources management strategically, overall and systematically, analyze and figure out human resources management question early. However the existing human resources management system almost only is the simple personnel management system, the installment and deployment is not convenient. It's hard to truly promote the human resources management level, and the effects of enhancing the working efficiency and reducing the management cost is not obvious, cannot satisfy the enterprise telecommuting and the comprehensive communication management need in most cases. Moreover the user may not act according to own actual situation to make the revision because the software solidifies the module. As the traditional Personnel Management can no longer meet the requirement of modern time, after study the existing HR management system module's shortcomings, this paper researches how to develop HRMS by the technique of middle tier and the analytical method of UML. Besides , by combining J2EE technique and Web Service technique, the author also probes into the way of using Web Service,realizing of component based architecture and the development of business logic by using J2EE as Container. At the same time, in view of problems of transaction, security, transplanting, expandability and concurrent access of WEB service application the paper proposed the solution separately. Taking the Personnel and Salary's modular of HR system for an example, the paper gives out a detailed way of how to use J2EE technique in the construction of Human Resource Management System. For the designing pattern of J2EE paper exercise the Module-View-Controller scenario and give out parts of real source code. Especially for N-tier designing , the paper exhibits the elaborated steps to the full .From bottom tier to top ones, which are including designing of database, business rule and presentation layer. The system exerts facade session pattern and Contained Managing Persistence EJB for the business logic. And the paper detailed the gist of how to assemble and deploy system component. Elasticity human resources management system with the advanced technology may take a middleware places in the enterprise integration manufacture environment. And it satisfied requirement of the scientific and modernized management.
