Investigation And Research On The Development Status Of Hefei City Community Library

City community library is one of the main parts of grass-roots public library and an inseparable part of public cultural service system.With the issuance of cultural policies such as Opinions on Accelerating the Construction of a Modern Public Cultural Service System,Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Construction of Grassroots Comprehensive Cultural Service Center,and Law of the People's Republic of China on the Guarantee of Public Cultural Service,all parts of the country have attached great importance to the construction of public cultural services.In recent years,Hefei has also been actively exploring new growth points of public cultural services,vigorously promoting the construction of grass-roots public libraries,and has made great progress from the aspects of library building area,resource allocation,functional zoning and comprehensive services.The research topic of this paper is the Investigation and Research on the Development Status of Hefei City Community Libraries.Because of the wide area of Hefei and the deepening of the urbanization process,urban and rural areas exist together.The development level and economic base of the city and the country are quite different.The development of the community library in the city and the country is also inevitably different.In addition,according to the viewpoints of most scholars,the community library is a cultural place for public welfare and providing various education and information services to the residents of the surrounding communities.In view of the above,the research objects of this paper are limited to some urban community libraries in Baohe District,Luyang District,Yaohai District and Shushan District,and some newly built urban reading Spaces in Hefei in recent years also belong to the research objects of this paper.This paper analyzes the development status quo from the construction level,management level and service level of three aspects.The construction level is mainly from the construction mode and area of Hefei community library,literature resources construction,hardware facilities construction.The management is mainly from the talent team management and the library management system;The service level is further analyzed from three perspectives:service content,service situation and activity organization situation.The whole paper is divided into seven parts,the main content of each part is as follows:The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the purpose and significance of this research,the domestic and foreign research status,research methods,research content and innovation of this paper.The second part is to select 20 urban community libraries in four districts of Hefei,namely,Yaohai District,Shushan District,Baohe District and Luyang District to further investigate their development status from three aspects of construction,management and service.The third part is the typical case analysis of Hefei city community library.Three libraries with good development and typical problems were selected from the 20 samples as case studies.These three cases involve different operating modes: Binhu Century Community Library in Baohe District is a branch library under Anhui Provincial Library;Furong Community Library in Shushan District is a branch library under Hefei Library.Yi Lijing Community Reading Space in Luyang District is one of the cases where the government buys social forces to participate in the management.The fourth part is the effect analysis of the development of urban community libraries in Hefei.Summarize the reasons for the development of Hefei city community library in recent years.The fifth part is some problems existing in the development of Hefei city community library.The problems are summarized from the construction level,management level and service level.The sixth part is the suggestion and measure of the future development of Hefei city community library.This part is aimed at the problems raised in the fifth part respectively to give targeted suggestions and measures.The seventh part is the conclusion,mainly looking forward to the future development of Hefei grass-roots public libraries,expecting that Hefei community libraries can continue to improve from all aspects in the process of future development,to build a more powerful urban cultural information service network,and point out the shortcomings of this paper.
