Investigation And Analysis On The Development Status Of University Library Electronic Reading Rooms In Hefei

With the rapid development of information technology,the development of Internet technology in China has a huge impact on the traditional information service form of library.Computer notebooks,ipads,smart phones and other technology terminal products are becoming more and more popular among the students in universities,and their functions are becoming more and more powerful.It is no longer difficult to find information on internet fully covered university campus.In this phase,the use frequency of the electronic reading room of university library is gradually declining.The author believed that hardware that access to information is available,but the means of access to information and information filtering,processing and analysis ability has not gained popularity,and vice due to data big bang,the user wants to accurately find the data become difficult.This is the opportunity of the transformation of electronic reading room of university library.This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction.Introduction part elaborated the selected topic background and research significance firstly,then the paper explain the concepts from the Electronic Reading Room to Information Commons,on the basis of that,paper introduces the development trend of domestic and foreign research on this subject.Finally,the paper introduces the research ideas and research methods and the innovation points of this paper.The second part is based on the general survey of the development of the electronic reading room of the double-class university library in China.Through the Internet survey method and telephone interview method,this paper conducts a survey and analysis of the library Electronic Reading Room of the 42 first-class universities in China in 2017.And construct the status Electronic Reading Room and Information Commons of the Shanghai Jiaotong university library,the library of Wuhan university and Lanzhou university library as classic examples.The third part is the investigation of the development status of the Electronic Reading Room of university library in Hefei.The survey methods of this part are questionnaire survey method and interview method.Investigation purpose,objects and content were determined step by step,and analyses the Electronic Reading Room construction and management status?service and user needs,an room usage and satisfaction of university library in Hefei area.In the fourth part is based on the actual situation,analyzes the existing common dilemma of the Electronic Reading room of university library in Hefei.The investigation on the construction and management of Electronic Reading Room shows that the equipment is aging seriously and the construction mode is out of time,low degree of attention and less publicity.From the survey of Electronic Reading Room service and user demand,the service content is not matched with the user's demand,the management service consciousness is weak and the service content is single.The survey of users' use and satisfaction in the Electronic Reading Room found that the users had a serious and poor experience.The fifth part combines the second part of the survey information about "double-class" university library Electronic Reading Room and put forward corresponding optimization Suggestions based on the plight of the fourth part.Mainly includes updating aging equipment and innovative development mode;To increase the degree of attention and intensify the publicity;Enhance service awareness and expand service content;Refine target users to meet user needs.The sixth part is the conclusion.It is a brief summary of the full text and the author's understanding of the construction and development of Electronic Reading Room in university library during the investigation.At the same time,it also points out some unknown and improvable places in the process of writing.
