Research On The Construction And Development Of Urban Public Reading Space In Hefei City With The Participation Of Social Forces

In recent years,some cities in China have built a large number of public reading spaces in cities.The emergence of urban public reading space has changed the pattern of focusing on the central library in the past.This transformation has enabled different types of libraries to be integrated into the civic life,which has promoted the improvement of the library level in China,and the public reading space of the city.The construction has improved the public cultural service system,expanded the radius of public cultural services,broke through the boundaries of general library public cultural services,and alleviated the imbalance between supply and demand of library services.In addition,the emergence of urban public reading space has solved the limitations of traditional library architecture.The city's public reading space uses the whole city as a building to provide readers with any place,anywhere,and ubiquitous reading space,and promotes the full coverage of citizens' lifelong learning..This paper starts from the specific field of social forces participating in the construction of urban public reading space.Through literature research,network survey,field research and other means,the construction of urban public reading space in Hefei City with the participation of social forces is the research object,and three of Hefei City are selected.The representative urban public reading space conducts case analysis,comprehensively analyzes the social forces' participation in the construction mode,construction process,operation mode and characteristic service of the city's public reading space,so as to summarize the achievements and shortcomings in the construction process,and finally the urban public in China.Practical suggestions and suggestions for the construction and development of reading space.This paper starts from six aspects of the study of urban public reading space:The first part is an introduction.Introduce the research background,research purpose and significance,research trends,research ideas and methods of the thesis and the innovation of the thesis.The second part is an overview of the public reading space in China.Explain and define the concept of urban public reading space in China,sort out the development process of urban public reading space in China,and divide the development of urban public reading space into three major stages:the germination stage,the exploration stage and the rapid development stage,and analyze at the same time.The five major development characteristics of urban public reading space in China.The third part is the status quo of urban public reading space construction in Hefei City with the participation of social forces.Firstly,the overall survey summarizes the background and construction reasons of urban public reading space in Hefei;construction content,construction process;construction status and construction planning;secondly,Hefei City Public Reading Space Linjian Bookstore,Nanshan College,Yaohai Book City Three representative urban public reading spaces were used for case analysis,and surveys were conducted on the basic conditions,construction and operation models,document resource services,and featured services.The fourth part is the analysis of the construction of public reading space in Hefei City with the participation of social forces.The number and scale of social public participation in the construction of public reading space are limited;the level of reader activity organized by social forces is low,and it is not adapted to local conditions;the propaganda is insufficient in the service process,and the propaganda method is single;the main body of social power is not professional,and the space is not public.Outstanding;the evaluation and evaluation mechanism for social forces is imperfect,and the supervision method is single;there is no information feedback mechanism to improve the service level of social forces,and the causes of the above problems are explored.The fifth part is the countermeasures for the construction of public reading space in Hefei City.The main contents include:strengthening social forces to participate in the construction of urban public reading space;social forces need to innovate readers'activities and develop special services;improve propaganda channels and carry out diversified propaganda;enhance the professionalism of social forces and increase the public welfare of space;Introduce third-party evaluation agencies,improve the assessment and evaluation model;build reader feedback channels and improve information feedback mechanisms.The sixth part is the conclusion.For the summary of the full-text content,and pointing out the shortcomings of the thesis research,we look forward to the construction and development of the future public reading space of Hefei City.
