Research On The Ability Cultivation Of University Library' Reading Promoters In Hefei Area

University libraries are one of the main carriers and organizers of reading promotion activities.Reading promotion is undoubtedly its natural mission.With the successive promotion of reading promotion activities in colleges and universities,the reading promotion people of universities also bear multiple identities such as organizer,guide,and implementers of reading promotion activities.This identity has also been gradually understood by people,and has gradually aroused the attention of experts and scholars.How should the reading promotion team of college libraries be reasonably constituted;what comprehensive literacy should college reading promotion people have under the new background and challenges;how to train reading promotion people who are in line with the characteristics of the university,which can be more practical;how to make college reading promotion popular The person system is gradually improved;how to optimize the reading promotion person training course system and help it become more professional,etc.These are the issues that researchers need to pay attention to.Therefore,this article starts from the following aspects to carry out relevant investigations and studies on the cultivation of the quality of reading promotion personnel in college libraries in Hefei,with a view to improving the ability of reading promotion people in libraries and strengthening the construction of training programs.Above all,this paper elaborates the research background,research purposes and theoretical and practical significance of the research.Using the method of literature survey,this paper summarizes the development trend of reading promotion and reading promoters at home and abroad,and defines the basic concepts such as the quality and ability requirements of reading promoters in Colleges and universities.At the same time,this paper introduces theresearch ideas based on the basic clue of "theoretical basis-field investigation-statistical analysis-finding problems-solving problems",and points out the innovation of this research perspective.Secondly,using the method of questionnaire to investigate and sort out the quality and ability training of reading promoters in University Libraries in Hefei.At the same time,it selects three universities in Hefei as typical cases,which are more essential for the cultivation of reading promoters.Combined with the above questionnaire recovery,this paper analyzes the problems and reasons in the quality and ability training of reading promoters in University Libraries in Hefei,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Last,to sum up the main research content of this article,put forward the shortcomings and prospect to the future related research.
