| Cultural power is an important strategy to enhance national soft power and international status.As a public welfare cultural institution,public library has great inherent advantages in preserving culture,exchanging culture and innovating culture.It should actively respond to the call of the state and take the specific requirements of the strategy of cultural power as the basic criteria for its own social education.At the same time,we should keep up with the development trend of the times,actively respond to the call of the state on the construction of social credit system,establish and improve the credit system of the library industry,strengthen readers’ understanding of credit service,and improve librarians’ awareness of credit service,so as to ensure the integrity of library resources,improve the service efficiency of the library,and promote the rapid development of the library cause.Based on the investigation of the credit service of the three-level libraries in Zhejiang Province,this paper selects the provincial libraries and 11 municipal public libraries as the research objects,analyzes and summarizes the current situation of credit service from four aspects: the mode of credit service,the object of credit service,the participants of credit service and the form of credit service This paper analyzes the shortcomings of the credit service of Public Libraries in Zhejiang Province,and puts forward some feasible strategies according to the characteristics of the credit service of Public Libraries in Zhejiang Province.So as to provide reference for public libraries in Zhejiang to carry out credit service,and promote the promotion and development of Public Library credit service.This paper will be divided into six parts,detailed description and analysis of the current situation of Public Library credit service in Zhejiang Province,and according to the actual situation,put forward the strategies conducive to the development of Public Library credit service.The first part,the introduction,summarizes the research background,research purpose and significance,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and innovation of this paper.By combing the research status at home and abroad,we have a comprehensive understanding of the development status of the credit service of public libraries at home and abroad,and make clear the investigation direction of the credit service of Public Libraries in Zhejiang on the theoretical basis.The second part,the theoretical analysis part of the article,interprets the related concepts of Public Library credit service.Firstly,it explains the basic connotation of credit based on the conditions of credit;secondly,it explains the essence of credit service from three aspects of morality,economy and law;finally,it defines the concept and features of Public Library credit service according to the current situation of public library reader service and the essence of credit service.The third part is the research design of the paper.Firstly,we need to determine the research purpose,the investigation object and the investigation content.Secondly,we need to choose the objective and feasible investigation methods.Finally,we need to formulate the scientific investigation steps.This is the basis of the paper writing research,and provides the right direction for the research work of the paper.The fourth part,namely the description of the current situation,takes the provincial and municipal public libraries in Zhejiang Province as the investigation object,and carries out the investigation from five aspects of the type,subject,object,form and evaluation system of the credit service of public libraries,so as to analyze the current situation of the credit service of Public Libraries in Zhejiang Province.The fifth part is the problems and deficiencies of credit service in Zhejiang public libraries.According to the results of the fourth part,it can be summarized as five points: low reputation of credit service,less participants based on city credit score,low binding force on readers’ dishonesty,single form of credit service,limited audience of credit service and public map Library credit service system is not perfect.The sixth part is the strategy of optimizing the credit service of Public Libraries in Zhejiang Province.According to the analysis of the deficiencies in the fifth part,the corresponding development suggestions and optimization strategies are put forward,that is,to increase the publicity of credit service of public libraries,strengthen multi-party cooperation,speed up the construction of credit alliance,increase the cost of readers’ dishonesty,increase the incentive of keeping faith,and innovate the credit service form of public libraries We should expand the scope of Public Library credit service and optimize the public library credit service system. |
