A Study On The Credit Service Of Public Library In China

Public libraries are public cultural facilities for preserving human cultural heritage,disseminating scientific and cultural knowledge and undertaking educational functions.Free opening to the public is the proper meaning of public libraries,which embodies the spirit of public libraries "everyone is equal".In recent years,public libraries in China have made many innovative attempts in exempting the deposit of readers and promoting the free opening of public libraries.Among them,the credit service of public libraries based on Zhima Credit has been praised by all walks of life.Modern society is a credit society.At present,the construction of social credit system in China has entered a stage of rapid development.Shared economy based on credit is gradually changing people's way of life.As an important part of the public cultural service system in China,the introduction of Zhima Credit as a carrier will,to a certain extent,reshape the library service process,change the service ecology and enhance the service efficiency,thus realizing the coexistence,co-construction,co-management and sharing of public library resources.The research uses a variety of research methods,such as literature research method,network survey method,field survey method and so on.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Theoretical analysis of credit service of Public Libraries Based on Zhima Credit.Firstly,the concept of credit service of public libraries is sorted out.Secondly,the theoretical basis of credit service of public libraries is introduced.Thirdly,the historical evolution of credit service of public libraries is sorted out,which provides theoretical support for later research.Finally,the significance and value of credit service in public libraries are demonstrated in combination with practice.(2)Research on the current situation of credit services of public libraries based on Zhima Credit.This paper defines two basic modes of credit service of public libraries,then introduces the basic process of credit service from three perspectives: model structure,book borrowing and book returning,then analyses the advantages of introducing Zhima Credit to public libraries,and finally analyses the shortcomings of Zhima Credit itself at present.(3)Empirical research on credit services of public libraries based on Zhima Credit.Taking Hangzhou Library,Suzhou Library,Shanghai Yangpu Library,Shanghai Lujiazui Library,Hefei Library and Yinzhou District Library as the research objects,this paper carries out an empirical study on the credit services provided by them.Firstly,this paper combs the basic situation of credit service provision of these six libraries,and then classifies and analyses the credit service data: the number of users,the amount of books borrowed,the age distribution of users,the cost of book distribution,the time of book distribution and the setting of book collection points.Finally,this paper summarizes the characteristics of credit services of them,and finds out the existing problems in credit services of public libraries.Finally,this paper summarizes the characteristics of credit services of six libraries,explores the development direction of Library credit services in the future,and makes accessibility analysis for self-service points of credit services in one certain district in Shanghai,thus providing guidance for the scientific establishment of self-service points of credit services of public libraries in the future.
