Research On The Development Of Public Libraries In The Hebei Province Demonstration Zone Of Public Cultural Service System

As an important part of the construction of China's public cultural service system,the public libraries have become more and more important in the construction of the public cultural service system demonstration area.The demonstration area is created in the fund,talent team,management system,facility system,resource supply,etc.Innovative breakthroughs have been made in not only deepening and expanding the public library business,but also greatly improving the social value and influence of public libraries.This dissertation mainly takes public libraries in the demonstration area of Hebei Province's public cultural service system as the research object,by investigating the current development status of public libraries in the demonstration area of Hebei Province,we understand the needs of the people in different areas of the demonstration area for public libraries.The status quo of public library construction in the demonstration area is summarized and analyzed.After discovering that the public libraries in the demonstration area have made great progress,they summarize the main problems in the development of public libraries in the demonstration area,namely,the management system is imperfect,the level of self-construction needs to be improved,and the cooperation of other cultural institutions is not close enough.In terms of the important role of public libraries in the public cultural service system,the corresponding development strategies are given in terms of management system,infrastructure,personnel training and cooperation.The public libraries in the research and demonstration area will help improve the construction of public libraries,serve the local people,and then promote the construction of public culture in China,improve the public cultural service system,and realize the great development and prosperity of socialist culture at an early date.
