Optimization Study For Public Digital Culture Service In Gansu Province Library

With the rapid development of modern computer technology, network communication technology and data storage technology, network provides abundant information resources and quick resource access for the majority of the people. A great number of information service institutions began to rise. In this network era, Public digital culture service in Gansu province library is faced with updated management concept, strengthened the readers’ needs, gained the masses of the people’s satisfaction, Improved social awareness, expanded the social influence, so as to realize the biggest benefit of social service. How to change the work way of thinking, strengthen the construction of digital culture, to improve the effectiveness of resources attraction and service of public libraries in Gansu province is an important task of cultural services need to be solved.The purpose of this paper is to explore the Gansu province library how to strengthen the construction of public service digital culture, improve the visibility and influence, broaden the readership, attract the people use of digital resources to achieve the goal of universal digital culture service.Therefore, this article starts from the current situation of library public digital culture service in Gansu province library, discovers and analyzes the problems existing in the Gansu province library’s public digital culture service. Through summarizing found Gansu library awareness is not high, influence in the low visibility, such problems restrict the development of library digital culture service group in Gansu province library. Therefore, to strengthen the construction of digital library cultural services for the social public recognition, so as to achieve the purpose of serving the society.In view of the problems existing in the service, the author thinks that, the construction of public library digital services, Gansu province library focuses on: establishing long-term management and operation mechanism of the development of the digital culture; perfecting the social forces to participate in the mechanism to build a diversified service supply mode;Increasing the intensity of digital resources integration; promoting the whole people to participate in digital culture service; paying attention to public digital cultural team construction. By optimizing the public digital culture service strategy and digital culture services,Gansu province library could improve social fame and influence, realize the purpose of better serve the society.
