| Environmental problems are related to the development of the country and people’s lives.Nowadays,the country has paid more and more attention to the construction of ecological environment.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,"the construction of ecological civilization" has been placed in an important strategic position in governing the country and safeguarding the state.The attention of the state and the people has made the ecological environment a key topic that the news media pay attention to and report,and the number of environmental news is increasing day by day.As "observers" and "sensors" of the society,news media play an irreplaceable role in the construction of ecological environment,and need to undertake social responsibilities such as "early warning" and "focusing",so as to deliver environmental information to the audience in a timely manner,or focus on the audience’s eyes,or make environmental early warning.Yellow River and Helan Mountain endow Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region with important ecological status,and the ecological environment of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region has great influence on people in North China and Northwest China.Ningxia Daily,as the organ newspaper of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,implements the ecological civilization thought in the new era,vigorously promotes the concept of green development,pays close attention to the ecological environment of Ningxia,and plays an irreplaceable role in conveying the government’s environmental protection policy,promoting the concept of environmental protection,supervising the illegal activities of enterprises,and enhancing the public’s awareness of environmental protection.Based on Zang Guoren’s "three-level" framework theory,this paper studies the environmental news of Ningxia Daily.On the high-level structure,this paper analyzes the theme,source and genre of environmental news in Ningxia Daily,and finds that the theme framework of Ningxia Daily is obviously biased,which is mainly manifested in the action framework of environmental protection work and the achievement framework of positive affirmation of environmental protection achievements,supplemented by the problem framework of exposing environmental pollution and the supervision framework of joint supervision by government departments;At the middle level,the structural framework of Ningxia Daily’s environmental news is mainly manifested in the factual framework that emphasizes the main content of the event,the comprehensive analysis of the plot framework of environmental events and the commentary framework that actively expresses views and attitudes;On the low-level structure,this paper analyzes the vocabulary usage,reporting tendency,pictures and data usage of environmental news in Ningxia Daily,and finds that the environmental news in Ningxia Daily mainly focuses on positive reporting.It deepens the main theme of the report by strengthening keywords and high-frequency words,and shows the new appearance of the environment through the use of pictures and data,thus enhancing the credibility of environmental news.Ningxia Daily,as the organ of the Party Committee,is affected by many factors.This paper holds that external factors such as politics,economy and culture,and internal factors such as gatekeeper system,internal standards of news media and social responsibility of news media have all affected the present situation of environmental news reports of Ningxia Daily.In the process of analyzing the framework of environmental news in Ningxia Daily,this paper summarizes its shortcomings in environmental news reporting,and points out that there are some problems in the process of environmental news reporting in Ningxia Daily,such as obvious bias,unbalanced sources and topics,single content form and lack of effective interaction.Based on this,this paper thinks that Ningxia Daily should do the following two things in the reporting process of environmental news in the future: First,reverse the "bias" and balance the sources and issues;The second is to innovate the content form and expand the communication effect. |
