Under the background of "double first-class" construction,the needs of academic libraries' own capacity development and the evolution of user demand patterns have prompted changes in the services and work of academic libraries.With the development of a knowledge-innovative society,users' knowledge and information needs are becoming more and more sophisticated and diversified.What users need is fine-grained knowledge or knowledge systems in a specific field,and even when they express explicit needs,they hope to provide services.The person can integrate different types of information and data to provide associated analysis services.In the era of big data,network resources are gradually replacing collection resources,and users' knowledge utilization behaviors and methods are gradually changing,and resources outside the library are beginning to meet their information needs.In the age of information and knowledge economy,college libraries are driven to re-examine their service capabilities and establish a service capability system that matches the dynamic needs of users in order to provide users with the resources they need.Through the research of related theories,it is found that the research on the knowledge service of university libraries mostly focuses on theoretical discussion,and there is a lack of deepening research and practical application expansion for the integration and organization of services embedded in the user's knowledge environment and subject environment.Therefore,this article elaborates on the domestic and foreign research status of knowledge fusion and knowledge service in university libraries,combined with the research and analysis of user knowledge fusion service needs of university libraries,and constructs the library knowledge fusion framework and service positioning.At the same time,it also addresses the needs of users in the era of big data.It is associated with library resources and services,and on this basis,the organization and implementation of knowledge fusion services in university libraries are carried out.Finally,take the Nanchang University Library as a case to conduct an investigation and analysis of the status quo of library knowledge services and user service needs.Based on the library knowledge fusion service system constructed in the previous article,the design of the knowledge fusion service framework for Nanchang University Library is carried out.As well as the organization and implementation of knowledge fusion services,the theoretical verification and feasibility analysis of the knowledge fusion service system constructed in this study are conducted.The full text is about 92,000 words,with 21 figures and 24 tables.The specific content is as follows:The first chapter is the reform and positioning of the knowledge integration service of university libraries under the environment of "double first-class" construction.Explains the characteristics and evolution of user needs of university libraries under the background of "double first-class" construction,analyzes the evolution direction and process of user needs of university libraries,and clarifies the tasks,goals,content and function positioning of university library knowledge services on this basis.The second chapter is the investigation and analysis of user knowledge integration service needs of university libraries.Firstly,design a questionnaire for knowledge service needs of university libraries based on relevant research,and explore the potential direction of knowledge integration service needs of university libraries;secondly,design an interview outline based on the results of the questionnaire analysis to deeply dig out the specific needs of users for knowledge integration services of university libraries.The third chapter is the knowledge integration positioning and functional requirements analysis of university libraries under the background of "double first-class" construction.In the context of "double first-class" construction,teachers and students in colleges and universities need more sophisticated forms of knowledge organization and an open knowledge exchange environment.Based on the analysis and research on the needs of university library users for knowledge integration services based on the reform and development direction of university library work under the background of "double first-class" construction,as well as comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research methods,it is clear that under the background of "double firstclass" construction The task and target selection of knowledge fusion in university libraries,the detailed discussion and analysis of the structure and functional requirements of knowledge fusion.The fourth chapter is the library knowledge fusion framework system embedded in the user's knowledge environment.On the basis of clarifying user needs and revealing the integration mechanism,implement the knowledge integration of university libraries,focusing on the study of functional modules and integration processes.By exploring the elements of the knowledge fusion system of university libraries,their relationships,and the interaction between the elements,the knowledge fusion framework system of university libraries is constructed.The fifth chapter is the construction of university library service model based on knowledge integration.The library knowledge integration service mode is designed from three levels: subject service mode,smart service mode and scientific research data support service mode.Due to the differences in the identity attributes,subject category attributes,knowledge literacy attributes,and teaching,scientific research and learning task attributes of knowledge users,the service needs derived from users in the process of engaging in knowledge innovation activities are different,so categorized and hierarchical subject services are required Organization and implementation of the model.Focus on the refinement and integration of the internal logic of "resources","people","service" and "space",study and reveal the synergy mechanism and functions of these four elements,integrate them into the knowledge service process,and build a structure suitable for the development of disciplines and talent training Knowledge service model.At the same time,collect and analyze various records,innovation results,and evaluation feedback generated by scientific research users in the knowledge activities of university libraries,so as to realize the value-added knowledge and the optimization of knowledge services.Chapter 6,Case Analysis-Take Nanchang University Library as an example.Investigate and analyze the current situation of the knowledge service of the library of Nanchang University,embed it into the user's knowledge innovation environment,take user needs as the core,and build the knowledge integration service framework of the library of Nanchang University based on the library knowledge integration service framework system constructed in the previous article.On this basis,discuss the organization and implementation of knowledge fusion services.Chapter Seven: Research conclusions and prospects.Summarize the work content and conclusions of this research,summarize the work done in the whole thesis,explain the deficiencies of existing research,and put forward prospects for future research.
