| Human resource is the most important resource of university library.Following the launch of the national "double first-class" strategy,Guangxi has launched the local version of "double First-class" construction plan to comprehensively promote the construction of "first-class universities" and "first-class disciplines" in Guangxi colleges and universities,and comprehensively improve the strength and level of disciplines in Guangxi colleges and universities.In this context,subject service should become an important hub for the library to actively connect with the construction of "first-class discipline",and its high-quality information and knowledge service should be a strong support for the construction of "first-class discipline" and the teaching and research of colleges and universities to a new stage.However,M University library,as a "first-class discipline" construction university in Guangxi,is facing difficulties in developing disciplinary services due to lack of professional talents and backward management concepts,and its deep knowledge services are seriously restricted.How to change the current situation,realize the optimization of human resources management,provide service for the library subject service especially deep knowledge of human resources,and ensure the quality of service,thus boosting the school first-class discipline construction,promotion of the construction of library in the school "first-class disciplines" voice,therefore become a problem to be solved.Based on the construction background of "first-class discipline" in Guangxi,this paper first investigates the current situation of human resource management and disciplinary services of M University library,and analyzes the current situation of human resource management from the perspective of "first-class discipline"construction.It is found that there are some problems in the library,such as the small number of staff,the outdated concept of human resource management,the lack of standardized management of training,the lack of pertinence of incentive mechanism,and the imperfect disciplinary service system and evaluation mechanism.Secondly,in the thorough research of guangxi other "first-class discipline construction of university library human resources situation and the subject service in our country,through the real cases and fact data illustrates the"first-class disciplines "construction under the background of the optimization of human resources management for deep subject knowledge services provide the necessity and importance of human resources security,It points out the direction for M university library to realize the optimization of human resources management.Finally,this paper puts forward optimization strategies for the existing problems of M university library human resource management,including striving for talent introduction policy,changing management concept,perfecting librarian training system,establishing special incentive mechanism,and perfecting relevant system mechanism and evaluation mechanism. |
