Research On The Optimization Of Library Of Service Construction Of Guangxi University Of Science And Technology Under The Background Of "Double First-class" Construction

This paper is based on background of "double first class" construction to study the optimization of library service construction of Guangxi University of Science and Technology.In this paper,questionnaire survey is used to investigate the demand and utilization of library services of students in Guangxi University of Science and Technology.The author designed a questionnaire containing 25 questions,and designed the questionnaire into an online questionnaire using the questionnaire star platform.The questionnaire links were sent to students of several majors in east ring campus and liushi campus through QQ,We Chat,two-dimensional code and other methods to the students of many specialties in the east-ring campus and Liushi campus to fill in,and also through the issuance of paper questionnaires to readers to fill in.Readers from the two Campuses participated in the survey to ensure the objectivity and representativeness of the survey data.The contents of the questionnaire include the basic situation of readers,library literature resources and their utilization,library services and readers' satisfaction with library services.A total of 305 valid questionnaires were received,including 272 undergraduates and 33 postgraduates.This paper attempts to analyze the general situation of service in Guangxi University of Science and Technology library,as well as the existing problems and their causes.In order to deeply study and analyze the general service situation of the library of Guangxi University of Science and Technology,the author has extensively collected the information resources,librarians,subject service,information literacy education and other related materials and data in the library of Guangxi University of Science and Technology.as well as the rules and regulations and work plans of the library.At the same time,this paper combs and analyses systematically the behavior in the process of library service construction of Guangxi University of Science and Technology with the data collected from the questionnaire,and analyses the problems and causes in the process of library service construction of Guangxi University of Science and Technology from five aspects: space service,literature resources,librarian team,subject service and campus cultural service.Finally,five suggestions for optimizing the library service construction of Guangxi University of Science and Technology are put forward according to various problems: humanized reform to improve space utilization rate,accurate procurement to ensure the reasonable structure ofinformation resources,optimization of librarian team construction,establishing a long-term mechanism for reading promotion.This study has certain practical significance.First of all,the service construction is the core of the construction of university library,and also the foundation of the construction of library.However,there are few articles about the service construction of university library,especially under the background of "double first-class" construction;Secondly,because the author has been working in the library of Guangxi University of Science and Technology for many years.She can understand the current situation of library service in Guangxi University of Science and Technology and to discover the problems existing in the current library service process.On this basis,the author puts forward targeted suggestions,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the library of Guangxi University of Science and Technology;Finally,This paper proposes that the service construction of university library should meet the needs of reform and transformation in the construction of first-class disciplines,which is not only of great practical signficance to the construction of "double first-class" in our university,but also of some reference significance to the service construcion of other university libraries inside and outside Guangxi.
