With the continuous improvement of China's overall national strength,our higher education level will also be continuously improved to contribute to the development of economic society.Therefore,CPC central committee issued“Double First-class” grand strategy,which is first-class universities and first-class discipline construction,strive to promote our country more sequence of university into a world-class university in our country,makes our country on the number of first-class universities and first-class disciplines are in the world,and will eventually make our country in a higher education power.Under the guidance of the CPC central committee,the construction of "double first-class" is inseparable from the construction of first-class teaching staff,the cultivation of innovative talents and the improvement of scientific research level.In addition,the construction of "double first-class" leave the support of various agencies,university library as an information resource center in university,provide support on subject construction of colleges and universities and the teachers of colleges and universities,scholars and students of teaching,scientific research and learning resource service.This article was investigated by the university library in the construction of sharing platform of subject knowledge and service strategy research,to improve the ability of knowledge service of university library,aim at discipline construction as well as the subject of the overall development of colleges and universities.After determining the sample size of investigation object in this paper,through the discipline of university library resources construction,service and sharing,and so on,gather the results of the investigation and analysis.According to the present status of subject resources construction,we had a clear cognition of university library service.From the results of the investigation,the type of resource construction level of university library science in China is uneven,the degree of resource of disciplines,and,in the service and the disciplines for the construction of resource sharing has much room to improve.This article was based on the construction of "double first-class" and the related theory of subject knowledge sharing research and the analysis of the survey results,through the analysis of the feasibility of subject knowledge sharing platform construction,to put forward the construction of sharing platform of subject knowledge and service strategy.On construction of subject knowledge sharing platform and service strategy is put forward,the construction of the discipline of university library knowledge sharing platform from five different aspects,the resource level,break the bondage of traditional organization form of university library subject resources,and then to integration and reorganization,forming characteristic discipline knowledge platform;On the technical level,the key technologies to strengthen the platform construction are supported;At the same time,pay attention to in the application layer between the first-class disciplines and the others of knowledge associated with the analysis of the function,and build an interactive platform of sharing knowledge community;Finally,coupled with the introduction of expert service team and the construction of the knowledge service module can serve different level of “double first-class” construction universities.Perfect the construction of sharing platform of subject knowledge and service,improve the knowledge service ability of university libraries,which can better and provide knowledge service for colleges and universities.
