Research On The Strategy Of Knowledge Services Promotion In "Double First-Class" University Library

In today’s rapidly developing knowledge economy,people’s demand for knowledge resources is increasing day by day.College library is the gathering place of knowledge resources,and the importance of carrying out knowledge service work is self-evident.With the rapid development of information technology,the traditional knowledge service of university libraries can no longer meet the needs of readers.To realize the sustainable development of library knowledge service,it is necessary to continuously improve and develop the theory of library knowledge service to meet the rapid development of the wisdom era and the changing needs of users,and to strengthen the role and value of libraries in knowledge service.Therefore,under the background of "Double First-class" construction,university libraries should establish a new knowledge service system,make university libraries a platform for value creation,and enhance their status and value.At present,the libraries of "Double First-class" universities have carried out the construction work of upgrading and developing from information service to knowledge service to different degrees,and most of the knowledge service work carried out by university libraries has been effective at first.However,there are many problems in the process of knowledge service development in university libraries,such as the lack of effective organization of knowledge resources in resource construction service,and the tendency of discipline service center to scientific research work in discipline knowledge service.How to guarantee the efficient development of knowledge services in university libraries and provide support for scientific research and teaching work in universities is a major issue that needs to be solved in the library sector at present.First of all,42 "Double First-class" universities announced by the Ministry of Education are selected as the research objects,and the knowledge service of libraries in 42 "Double First-class" universities is investigated through online survey,and then the results of the survey are analyzed and combined with the current situation.The article then analyzes the results of the survey and puts forward the possible problems in the development of knowledge service in the light of the two universities that have been effective in carrying out knowledge service among the "Double First-class" university libraries,and finally puts forward corresponding strategies on how to improve knowledge service in university libraries.In order to meet the new service demands,deepen the service changes and improve the knowledge service level,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth study on the issue of knowledge service in university libraries.The libraries of "Double First-class" universities have sufficient funds and abundant resources as support,and their library knowledge service practice can represent the highest level of domestic university library knowledge service construction to a certain extent.This paper explores the current situation and development prospect of knowledge service of "Double First-class" university libraries,expecting to provide reference and experience for academic research and practice of knowledge service of university libraries in the future.
