The quality of university library service is the basis of the quality of university education and one of the important factors in the construction of university education.In recent years,China has put forward the overall plan to promote the construction of world-class universities and first-class disciplines with the rapid development of China's higher education,thus starting the new development of university construction under the guidance of"double first-class"construction.There is no first-class library,and there is no first-class university.The diversification of library users'needs and the development of personalized library services have a new impact on the quality of library services because of new educational goals and requirements and the development of new information technology.In particular,the development of the connotation of the university library requires urgent,need a new service concept,service contents and service mode,which will affect the quality of the library service.Under the new situation,many factors that affect the quality of library service have also changed,among which the shared space,subject service,user status and composition of the library are particularly obvious.Therefore,under the new situation,the research on the influencing factors of university library service quality and its accurate evaluation method has become one of the important research propositions to improve the level and quality of university running.To this,this article in view of the college library service quality influence factors and evaluation methods of research on the significance of the construction of colleges and universities,on the basis of users satisfied with the core of modern quality management theory,based on the national social science fund(No.14BTQ018)and colleges and universities in Jiangsu province social science fund(No.2018SJA1051)support,in the face of the urgent needs of the development of the new situation of colleges and universities,with the library service quality based on the analysis of influencing factors,from the user's perception perspective,put forward university library service quality in the construction of"double top"users perceive the four-dimensional quantitative characterization and evaluation methods of research propositions.Through the research of this paper,a new evaluation method suitable for comprehensive,accurate and classified analysis of the service quality of university library in China is proposed,so as to improve the evaluation level of the service quality of university libraries,provide first-class library services for the construction of"double first-class"universities,that is,the service of talent training,scientific research and social services of first-class universities,and promote the development of the construction of"double first-class"universities in our country.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the service quality of university libraries in China and the discussion of the new impact of the new situation on the service quality of university libraries,through the research of this paper:A new method of user perception,representation and evaluation of library service quality in four dimensional space is established.The technology of emotion classification is proposed to improve the efficiency of library scene sharing space construction and the accuracy of new evaluation method.This paper puts forward a new strategy of building subject librarian to improve the quality of subject service.The research results have been verified by theoretical and local experiments,which improves the deficiencies of traditional evaluation methods,improves the comprehensiveness,accuracy and classification analysis ability of the evaluation methods,and realizes quantitative user perception,accurate evaluation and improvement the assessment level of library service quality.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)based on the application environment and current situation of Chinese university libraries,the parameter setting in LibQUAL+(later renamed LibQUAL+TM),which is a mature service quality assessment tool in the international library community,is not fully adapted to the application in China at this stage.The research on the evaluation method of the scores under the parameter level and the optimization of the weights of the evaluation parameters,and the quantitative representation method of the user perception of the service quality of the university library under the four-dimensional dimension,the characterization method is to represent the four dimensional parameters of user category,number of evaluators,evaluation level and parameter weight,respectively,in chromaticity and three-dimensional cylindrical coordinate space(N,r,?).(2)In order to enhance the evaluation efficiency,the relationship between each quantitative characterization parameter and the work efficiency of each department in the school is established.Secondly,in view of the traditional evaluation method to quantify the problem of low precision,it puts forward the model of level assign points instead of the traditional gap or comparing model,established the perfect score is more intuitive,accurate equivalent the evaluation model of the number of people,give perfect score evaluation results of the number of people such as parameter calculation method,the resulting numerical value of the evaluation results,improve precision.(3)Using the three-dimensional(N,r,?)stereograms under the user identity(chroma characterization),the classification analysis method under the cross-section diagram is established,and the library service quality is classified and analyzed,and the classification evaluation results are obtained in real time.(4)According to the relationship between the classified evaluation results and the work efficiency of the campus management departments,some Suggestions can be put forward for the work of the relevant library management departments,so as to give full play to the effectiveness of the evaluation.(5)Based on the effect of user perception level,through the analysis of the influence of user emotion on the perceived results of library service quality,and by using modern information analysis technology,a user emotion classification method based on tongue coating image analysis is proposed.This can correct the influence of different emotional users on the accuracy of evaluation results,and can guide the design of library scene space,improve the quality of library service and environmental utilization rate.(6)In view of the difficulties in the construction of subject librarians in university libraries,this paper puts forward some new strategies to strengthen the construction of subject librarians in libraries,so as to better promote the construction of double first-class libraries,highlight the characteristics of The Times and keep pace with The Times.This paper obtains good results by means of questionnaire survey,reliability and validity factor analysis,and verifies the high reliability and reliability of this method by the research and empirical results of some teachers and students in a university library.This can provide a new method for the evaluation of the service quality of university library and the improvement of the management benefit,and provide an effective foundation for the construction of our country's high-level university,and play a greater role in the construction of double first-class universities.
