With the rapid development and constant updating and iteration of "Internet +" and other modern information technologies,various fields within the scope of the whole society have undergone profound changes and promoted their deep integration with each other.Social production and life are developing in the direction of informatization,digitization and intelligentization at a high speed.On the other hand,knowledge has become one of the factors of production that cannot be ignored in the current era,which is indispensable in the process of economic development and highly valued by all circles.In this situation,knowledge services are no longer limited to libraries,and users can meet their current needs in a fragmented manner through multiple channels anytime and anywhere.Accordingly,users are eager to receive knowledge services with good experience,high matching degree and timely personality.As an important support for the realization of university functions,university library has been constantly reconstructed in recent years in response to the changes of social environment.In recent years,university libraries have realized the continuous improvement of their service level with the help of new technologies.On the whole,university libraries have mainly gone through three development periods of literature service,information service and knowledge service.Even so,in today’s context of the widespread application of mobile Internet and big data technology,libraries are faced with a huge amount of resources inside and outside the library and rich and varied user needs.In the process of library service,complex and diverse data resources are difficult to be properly disclosed,correlated and fully mined effectively.Moreover,compared with user demand,libraries are faced with such problems as lack of knowledge and personalization of service content and lack of initiative in service form.Therefore,the library must have innovative thinking,with the help of emerging ideas and technologies,to adjust and optimize the library service mode and support structure,to provide users with more immediate and accurate personal customized services,and to effectively answer users’ questions and problems.This article summarized the current domestic and foreign library knowledge service model and its relevant theory about the scenario theory,and analysis,sums up the domestic research status,gives the scene concept and service of the basic elements of the scene,and then analyses the main theories of university library knowledge service,development process and the current stage of development.After that,this paper integrates the scene theory with the knowledge service of university library and sublimates it to a kind of scene knowledge service mode of university library.This paper discusses its constituent elements and construction content,and provides a new development idea of knowledge service mode,so as to continuously enrich the service theory of university library,and finally realize the continuous optimization and upgrading of university library service mode.The thesis is divided into six chapters.The third,fourth and fifth chapters are the key contents of this thesis.The first chapter is an introduction,mainly introducing the background and value of the research on knowledge service and scenization,summarizing the domestic research status,and giving the research ideas,methods and main innovation points of this paper.The second chapter is related to the theoretical basis,first elaborated the library related theories and concepts,such as the concept of the scene,the scene of service elements,the main development process of university library knowledge service,the current mode of development stage,and then analyzed the value of the scene of knowledge service.The third chapter mainly analyzes the key elements of the scenario-oriented knowledge service mode of university library,including five aspects,namely,service subject,service environment,service resources,service content and service method,and analyzes the composition of each element in detail.The fourth chapter discusses the characteristics of the knowledge service mode and the specific content and operation flow of the mode.On the basis of the first two chapters,the fifth chapter puts forward a series of measures that university libraries can take to implement the scenari-based knowledge service mode,and also analyzes the problems that need to be paid attention to in this process.The sixth chapter summarizes the content of this paper,points out the shortcomings of this study and gives explanations.
