Research On The Practice And Development Countermeasures Of The "double First Class" University Subject Service Construction

Subject service is in environment and adapt to the new network information environment,taking a kind of new service mode,service of university library subject based on user needs as the core,in literature resources of the library and electronic information resources as the backing,with knowledge services as the main body,and users to specific institutions to provide targeted personalized knowledge service.The subject service mode of university library has changed from the previous document resource service mode to a one-to-one and targeted service mode.This is a great change in the development of university library subject service in the new era,which provides a strong guarantee for the teaching and research work of universities.At present,"double first-class" university libraries in China have carried out the construction of subject service to different degrees,and the construction of subject service in most universities has achieved initial results,such as the information service of Shanghai jiao tong university and the subject situation analysis service of Peking University.But at the same time,it should be noted that in the course of the construction of discipline service,there are many problems exposed,such as the imperfect discipline service system,the shallow level of discipline service content,the low amount of interaction of the discipline service platform.How to improve the academic service level of university libraries and help the teaching and research work of universities has become an important issue concerned by libraries and research departments.This article selects the domestic 42 "double" first-class universities as the research object,USES the network survey and telephone interview to the 42 university libraries subject service work situation launches the research,analysis of the "double" first-class university library in the construction of subject service,the achievements and existing problems in the construction of subject service in academic libraries and the development of targeted countermeasures are put forward.The main contents of the research are as follows:Firstly,it clarifies the connotation of the subject service of university library and the relevant theoretical overview,so as to lay a good theoretical foundation for the follow-up research.Second,about 42 "double" first-class situation of university library subject service practice,and users on the "double" first-class university library subject service satisfaction survey of research,through the induction summary,analysis of SPSS to analyze the survey data,put forward to promote the "double" first-class Suggestions on university library subject service work.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the construction of "double first-class" university library subject service in China,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to strengthen the construction and development of university subject service.The subject service of university library is a new measure to meet the new service demand,deepen the service reform and improve the service level.The "double firstclass" university has sufficient funds and abundant resources to support,and the construction of its library discipline service can represent the highest level of discipline service construction in domestic universities to some extent.This paper summarizes the experiences,lessons and inspirations of the construction of "double first-class" university library subject service in order to provide reference for the construction and development of other university library subject service.
