With the rapid development of Internet technology and economic globalization,China's software outsourcing industry is developing rapidly.In the process of the continuous development of the software outsourcing industry,it is inevitable to encounter the problem of talent shortage caused by the brain drain of software outsourcing,the shortage of talent supply and the high loss rate,which seriously restrict the continuous development and growth of the software outsourcing industry in China.How to stimulate the enthusiasm and motivation of employees,enhance their loyalty to their enterprises,retain existing employees,and reduce the high turnover rate,has become an important work for China's software outsourcing enterprises.HT Company is a subsidiary of a group and a large software and information technology service enterprise in China.HT Company is also facing the problem of high turnover rate of software outsourcing project personnel.This paper uses the methods of literature research,empirical and statistical research to study the staff turnover of HT Company in the software outsourcing project of bank B Credit Card Center.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of staff turnover in software outsourcing project in detail,and then analyzes the factors of staff turnover in software outsourcing project by using relevant theories.The results show that the loss factors of software outsourcing project personnel of HT Company in B Bank Credit Card Center mainly include project management factors,employee incentive factors,career development planning factors and recruitment management factors.Therefore,in view of the loss factors,this paper puts forward some solutions and implementation guarantee,such as improving the software outsourcing project management mechanism,building incentive management system,formulating career planning mechanism,and building recruitment and competency evaluation system.So as to improve the satisfaction and loyalty of software outsourcing project personnel of HT Company in B Bank Credit Card Center,cultivate their sense of belonging,reduce the turnover rate and retain talents.I hope this study can provide some reference for other software outsourcing enterprises or related workers in the management of software outsourcing project personnel.
