Research On Software Testing Outsourcing Based On Project Management In JZ Bank

Current represented by big data,artificial intelligence information technology rapid development,at the same time the Internet is iterative upgrade,and information software application upgrade is also advancing with the time,and the step of information technology upgrade is to carry out software testing,many companies package software testing to third-party technology companies while building software systems,the purpose is to improve the efficiency of software testing,while reducing development costs.At present,the development of banks is affected by multiple factors,such as the impact of marketization interest rate and innovative finance.At present,the high quality development of banks depends on technological innovation and quality improvement.However,from the actual point of view of the bank,its own technological capacity is limited,and the information technology era is accelerating.Based on this,outsourcing software testing to a third party company has become a trend.Software testing outsourcing is the product of the rapid development of information technology,and is a new hotspot in the global project outsourcing.It is self-evident that software quality is affected by software testing,but based on the consideration of software quality improvement,it is necessary to reduce the R&D expenditure,and it has become a trend to package software testing work.This paper combines the current situation and management process of software testing outsourcing in the banking industry(taking JZ Bank as an example),using the modern project management theory to guide and give the corresponding solutions.In this paper,the main structure is divided into six parts: the first chapter is introduction,mainly introduced the research background and research significance of this paper,introduces the development situation of banking software test outsourcing industry in our country,then put forward the software test outsourcing business,the necessity of effective management and using the theory of modern project management of banking software test outsourcing management,the importance of the research object of thesis,and introduces the domestic and foreign research dynamic.The second part focuses on software testing outsourcing related content.This chapter focuses on the connotation and standards of software testing,and on this basis,it also explains the meaning and mode of software testing outsourcing.At the same time,it is pointed out that the software testing outsourcing project of JZ Bank to be discussed in this paper adopts the human resource outsourcing model.The third chapter mainly introduces the theory of project management,and discusses the software testing outsourcing management in detail.The fourth chapter combined with the relevant theoretical knowledge of the ten fields of project management,aimed at the actual management of JZ Bank's software testing outsourcing project and the shortcomings faced by the analysis of multiple fields involved in the project,including content,progress,cost,quality,human resources and risks and so on.The fifth chapter mainly aims at the problems in the software testing outsourcing project of JZ Bank proposed in the fourth chapter,and gives specific optimization schemes for management in various fields.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.This part mainly carries on the further summary to the thesis.The purpose of this study is to explore the best management measures and management optimization suggestions for the banking software testing outsourcing project from the perspective of project management and win-win situation between Party A and Party B,taking into account the interests of all parties.At the same time,it ensures the successful implementation of outsourcing software testing projects,so as to maximize the role of software testing.
