| With the development of the times, more and more people began to realize that the quality of software development lies not in the appearance of new technology, but rather in the management of software development process. CMMI as the most popular practice, the most practical software evaluation standard in the process of production, CMMI is one of the most popular international improvement standards for software process. It provides CMMI best practice solution for software company to measure their own development capability and maturity. Meanwhile, to find the way their competitiveness.This article takes process improvement in software outsourcing company as study object, takes CMMI as software project management and software process improvement standards and combines the features of author's company. It intends to set up a set of software process improvement and project management method.This article combined YD company, an outsourcing project that author participated before, proposed four project management problem. First, the author described that the team did not get the effective and complete solution during the process of project implementation.Then, the author studied CMMI model, which includes 22 process areas of the CMMI and hierarchy and chose four process area to solve the problem, that is requirement management, configuration management, verification and technical solution. Then the author combined the theory and worked through the real case to analysis four project management problem. Also integrated CMMI process improvement and project management framework with practice. Finally, the author summarized these four typical cases and provided the suggestions that could be appropriated to company's situation.This study of CMM theory provides important reference value for developing project process improvement plan and for improving the software outsourcing enterprise management level. And it also provide the guidance for CMMI-based process improvement and project management. |
