The Study On The Application Of Project Management System Of H Software Outsourcing Company

With the rapid development of information technology,software outsourcing industry grows fast,the competition becomes more and more tense,how to improve project management level to improve project quality and ensure delivery one time has become a key issue of software outsourcing companies need to be addressed.The research of this paper is aimed at the actual demand of software outsourcing enterprises,taking the H software outsourcing company as the research object,the application of the project management system is studied.In the course of this study,firstly,the theory of life cycle of software project management theory,and the first time doing things related to equivalence theory is studied,which laid a theoretical foundation for the development and application of project management system.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this article from the project management,project execution and monitoring project management and talent management detailed overview of the status of project management in the current H software outsourcing company,and the existing problems are summarized and concluded,to determine the system needs of project management system.Based on the system requirements,H software outsourcing company project management system application plan has been designed,with developing a detailed project plan management module,project execution management module,data management module,project supervision and alarm management module,the talent pool management module,the data management module,report management module and system integrated management module.And focus on the application of project management system of H software outsourcing company,the implementation of the study,starting from the implementation of the project organization change,the implementation process in detail on the project management system to implement plan control,schedule control and risk control of the system are discussed.Not only found the system optimal implementation of the program,but also effectively achieve the project implementation process of the fine control.At last,this paper evaluates the effect after the implementation of project management system,and proves the application effect of the project management system in H software outsourcing company.Through this study we can see,the implementation of the project management system designed in this paper does promote the overall project management level and decision-making level of H company to improve software development quality and delivery on time of the project under effective cost control,and has achieved the management goal of H software outsourcing company.
