The Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Software Outsourcing Project Management In DR Group

As the world economy gradually entering the era of service economy,the transnational transfer of service industries has become a new feature of economic globalization,and service outsourcing is increasingly becoming an important way for countries to participate in the global industrial division of labor and adjust the economic structure.According to China's "13th Five-Year Plan" of international service outsourcing industry,the "13th Five-Year Plan" period is a key stage for China to comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of its service outsourcing industry.With several years' development,DR group has become a domestic software company that provides IT solutions and services for the whole world.The DR group has built a sustainable development organization,which covers the areas of government,telecommunications,finance,energy,transportation,manufacturing,automotive electronics,information security,medical and health and education.However,in the process of software outsourcing service,many departments often encounter many problems,such as unclear project goal,large deviation of actual progress and schedule,inaccurate estimate of cost,change of environment and difficulty in resource investment.This paper begins with the investigation and analysis of software outsourcing project management in DR group.Point at the problems encountered in the process of software outsourcing project management,based on the theory of software engineering,project management and software outsourcing,this paper analyzes the causes of the problem,and puts forward the process of improving the demand management and optimizing the project schedule.We should establish project cost estimation model and improve stakeholder management mechanism.Finally,the implementation measures of software outsourcing project management are put forward.Through this research,it helps the project manager or team members to clarify the direction of the task and improve the efficiency of the project implementation.And by using a scientific estimation model,the accuracy of the progress and cost estimation can be improved,thus helping the project manager to better control the project progress and the input of resources.It is very important for enterprises to improve project management methods and promote healthy development of enterprises.
