Research Of The Optimization For Software Development Quality Management Of Wanwei Company

With the implementation of the "Internet plus" strategy and the rapid development and expansion of the software industry,the function of software has become more and more complex.The risk of software will not be high enough to bring more and more risks.At present,due to the quality problems of software,it has brought higher risks to all walks of life.Therefore,the whole software production and application industry has begun to pay more attention to the quality of software.As a high-tech information and communication technology enterprise wholly owned by China Telecom,Wanwei company has designed and implemented a number of software platforms covering government affairs,health care,smart tourism and other industries.Although the company has always maintained a high-speed business development,the quality management of software development has always taken the traditional system testing as an important means of software quality management,lacking of scientific,systematic and complete software development quality management,it is urgent to optimize the quality management of software development.This paper takes the software development quality management of the Wanwei company as the research object,uses the total quality management theory,the lean thought,CMMI,takes the software development quality management as the starting point,studies the software development quality management of the Wanwei company.First of all,this paper introduces the current situation of the quality management of the Wanwei company and its software development,and summarizes the quality management problems existing in the company through investigation.The main problems existing in the software development quality management of the Wanwei company are as follows: the organization structure of quality management is not perfect,the quality awareness of employees is weak,and the quality of software development in each stage The quality management is not perfect,backward quality management methods,and there is no continuous quality improvement activities.Secondly,the paper analyzes the software development quality management of the Wanwei company,mainly from the quality management organization results,the quality awareness of all staff,the quality management process and quality management methods.Then,it puts forward the optimization scheme from four aspects: the organization structure of software quality management,the establishment of quality management system and culture,the whole life cycle quality management of software development,and the methods of software quality management.Finally,combined with the optimization scheme,the specific implementation plan and implementation guarantee scheme are proposed to guarantee the implementation and promotion of the optimization scheme in the Wanwei company from the aspects of organization,talent,assessment,consultation and training.The research results of this paper provide the optimization strategy of software development quality management for the Wanwei company,which helps to improve the quality management of software development and enhance the market competitiveness of the software products of the Wanwei company.The research results of this paper also have certain reference significance for the quality management improvement of similar software development enterprises.
