Research And Apply Software Quality Management System Based On TQM

Since the 80's, TQM and, quantification method fusion and quality cost, Total Quality Control, reliability project and zero flaw, have formed the more systematic TQM system. It is very important to design and implement a tool to apply software quality management based on TQM theory.Firstly the thesis introduces the background and significance of TQM research, the actuality in research fields and presents the basic concepts. After analyzing the models of SQM(Software Quality Management), the thesis presents an improved model of software quality measurement. Then, the architecture of a total quality management system based on this new model mentioned above is presented, and the detailed design of the software quality measurement module is introduced.This thesis mainly deals with the architecture design, standard tail process, defect tractor and management, quantity measurement of quality factors, user satisfactory measurement, process quality measurement and the related technologies.The goal of this thesis is to help union main question which exists in the software actual development, Utilizes the Quality Management System to promotes the level of the software enterprise quality control, Thus is achieved improvement on the goal of the software quality.
