Research On The Design Of Reading APP For Teenagers Based On Flow Theory

With the rapid development of mobile Internet and the popularity of 5G network,the living conditions of teenagers have changed.Among them,the applications of mobile reading have greatly changed the traditional way of reading based on its convenience and diversity of forms.In the era of mobile Internet and the context of diversified reading needs,various mobile reading applications are emerging.However,due to the unclear user target in the market at present,a series of phenomena such as serious homogenization and inability of users to immerse in reading have occurred.Based on the flow theory and the needs of young people for mobile reading applications,this paper introduces flow theory into the design of reading applications for young people,aiming to strengthen the inner reading motivation of young people,improve their sense of achievement in reading,and then create an efficient and pleasant reading experience mode.At the same time,this paper also makes a positive exploration on the rationality of the application of flow theory in mobile reading.First of all,this paper defines and expounds the relevant concepts of flow theory,group of teenagers and mobile reading applications,and analyzes the characteristics of mobile reading application and the factors affecting its design.Secondly,this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics of teenagers' reading behavior,and explores the relationship between their reading motivation,preference and the production of sensation factor of flow.At the same time,it introduces PAT theory and model of five essential factors of user experience,so as to summarizes the design strategy of mobile reading application for teenagers based on flow theory at different levels.Finally,through the design practice,this paper verifies the validity of the application of the flow theory to enhance the user experience of the mobile reading applications for teenager,and further improves the application value of the flow theory in the field of mobile reading.
