With the arrival of mobile Internet era, people have changed the ways of getting information,and the mobile reading devices have become the major tool in their reading. But the promotion ofuser experience is the key to its success. At the same time, the research on mobile readingexperience is still in the preliminary phase and on user experience design mainly focuses on thesummary of principle at home. Actually product experience can not happen overnight, instead, itis an iterative refinement process which requires clear assessment and cognition on present userexperience of products. However, the assessment on user experience, lacking of specificquantitative method and standard,is usually the qualitative judgement at present.In this context, mobile reading behavior and user experience design theory are studied in thispaper by developing the user experience evaluation system of mobile reading application withfuzzy mathematics method and putting it into practice to optimize the user experience of mobilereading products. Therefore, the author focuses efforts mainly on the work of following aspects:First, the author does one study on the theory of Apps’ user experience, in order to researchthe elements of mobile reading experience. In the second chapter, I define the concept of mobilereading, and sort the theory about user experience. In the chapter3,I do research into the mobilereading App users through user interview and user observation, in order to sum up the mainsituation of mobile reading, explore the users’ reading target and the elements of mobile readingexperience.Then I build a model to measuring the experience of mobile reading, turning the qualitativeassessment into digital. The build process includes:1.Setting up and improve mobile reading Appuser experience assessment system. The article presents4evaluative dimensions and22assessments.2.To secure the reliability and validity of the model, I test the same users at differenttimes.3.Then, calculate weights as the final decision-making combination weight vector, alongwith the consistency checking of comparison matrix and combination matrix.And, finally practices. I evaluate the experience of mobile reading App, Zhihu, by the model.To show the use of mobile reading measuring model and also can validate the model’s practical implications.Though the paper takes mobile reading application as the main research object, qualitativeand quantitative evaluation methods of user experience are applicable to other products as well atthe same time. Therefore, the author hopes the paper would offer a good starting point toassessment on user experience of other mobile digital products.
