Comparative Study On Mobile Reading User Experience Under Convergence Media

The competition of mobile reading products become more and more intense, and the reading products are still have problem in the use of the experience. This paper selects mobile reading products business leader ZHANGYUE, reading "potential stock" of the product DUOKAN and relying on massive user product QQ Reading. Through the interviews with practitioners and users, to sort out the related research,establish a scientific evaluation system, with the fuzzy mathematics method to conduct a comprehensive assessment of the data. Results obtained were compared and analyzed, obtained three products more objective and comprehensive user experience evaluation scores, clear the advantages and disadvantages, from the development of the three personality find out the similarities and put forward corresponding suggestions for improvement.ZHANGYUE development for a long time, the overall experience is the best, but in reading function details have yet to be strengthened; DUOKAN focus on reading function but despised net novel and social networking, and other experience, full development has great potential; QQ Reading focus on social function but despised reading function, reading resources not fully developed to mobilize, prospect is broad. Three products are highly representative, can form a reference to other mobile reading products.Through the three mobile reading application carries on the contrast analysis, the author thinks that from the user experience point of view, the application of mobile reading in the content resources should also take into account the network literature and publishing content, can not be neglected; in the quantity of resources should be as much as possible to improve the scale;in reading skills to should be in the construction of comprehensive function while looking at the details of the optimization of; in bookshelf function shouldrespect user habits and optimization management function; in the social function, should attach importance to the system user information to build and improve the communication function; in feedback should pay attention to the problem of classification and solving methods.
