Research On Mobile Reading Applications Based On Flow Experience

Reading is an important way to improve personal literacy.The improvement of the reading level of the whole people is also very beneficial to the progress and prosperity of the nation and national culture.In the context of national reading,the rapid development of mobile reading has impacted people's traditional reading habits.To a certain degree,fragmented reading and shallow reading have impacted immersive reading in the age of paper reading and they have adversely affected people's reading behavior.As one of the main reading methods for people,the mobile reading APP should play a positive role in promoting national reading and improving people's reading literacy.Facing the fierce market competition and the reading dilemma brought by mobile reading,the importance of immersive reading has become increasingly prominent.Based on this,this article takes mobile reading APP as the research object,combines the flow theory,discusses the necessity of flow experience for mobile reading APP,analyzes its problems and then proposes suggestions.This article hopes that the mobile reading companies and the publishing industry will increase the awareness of immersive reading in mobile reading APPs,and promote the healthy development of the mobile reading market in digital publishing industry.The main research methods of this paper are literature analysis,investigation study and case comparison analysis.This article is divided into six parts: Chapter 1analyzes the research background,analyzes the relevant research progress at home and abroad through reading a large amount of literature,clarifies the related concepts including mobile reading APP,immersive reading,and the flow experience in mobile reading APP based on flow theory,and determines the contents and research methods of this article;Chapter 2 analyzes the emergence,development and types of mobile reading APPs,clarifies that there are already mobile reading APPs that begin to value the flow experience,analyzes the appearance,development and types of mobile reading APPs with flow experience and the conditions for improving user's immersive reading in five dimensions by using the nine elements of flow experience theory,laying the foundation for the questions raised below;Chapter 3 is based on the study of mobile reading APPs' development profiles,analyzing the problems existing in mobile reading APPs' flow experience.For example,the depth and style of content resources do not match the user,the function is complex and defective,the complex interface design affects the user's perception,the user service is not complete,and advertising and payment method affect reading;Chapter 4 takes Net Ease Snail Reading,Qidian Reading and Migu Reading as examples.Through the actual operation and collection of related information,this article comparatively analyzes their successful experiences and defects from the perspective of flow experience,and provides references for the other reading APPs.Chapter 5 puts forward suggestions for mobile reading APPs from the perspective of improving the flow experience based on the comparative analysises of cases,including matched content to attract users,practical functions to ensure reading experience,human-friendly interface to improve visual feeling,accurate services to unite users,and reasonable payment method to reduce interference,so as to promote the healthy development of the mobile reading APP industry;Finally,the article summarizes the full text.Through the research,this article believes that flow experience is an important way to improve the result of mobile reading and get out of the reading dilemma.It's the development direction of mobile reading APPs in the fierce market competition.As an important part of digital publishing,mobile reading APPs should also undertake tasks such as building the core socialist values,disseminating and accumulatingknowledge,promoting Chinese culture,and meeting the spiritual and cultural needs of people.Faced with the existing problems,companies of mobile reading APP should base themselves on user positioning and high-quality content,provide multi-level contents that match user's capabilities,provide users with practical functions,and improve the fluency and practicality of functions,make the interface design and layout meet the characteristics of the content,provide timely feedback channels,fun activities,comprehensive information security and other services,and simplify the payment method so as to reduce disturbances such as advertisements and payment tips,thereby continuously improving user's flow experience.By improving the user's flow experience,the immersive reading can be better combined with mobile reading,which not only takes advantage of the rich content and portability of mobile reading APPs,but also improves the reading results of readers.The mobile reading APP will truly become an effective way to promote national
