With the continuous progress of mobile Internet technology,more and more mobile reading clients with abundant digital publishing resources have emerged in China.The basic reading functions such as notes,bookmarks,sharing,search,font size adjustment and so on are also becoming more and more perfect.However,there is a serious phenomenon of homogeneity and strong replaceability of mobile reading clients in the mobile reading market.Under the condition of little difference in product functions and fierce market competition,user experience has become an important factor to maintain the user stickiness and deal with the homogenization.This paper takes literature research,case analysis and comparative analysis as the main research methods,combined with the theoretical knowledge of user experience,based on the mobile reading client should pay attention to improving the user's content experience,audio-visual experience,operation experience and emotional experience,and then select typical cases of mobile reading client for example.This paper chooses palm reading app as the main research object,and analyzes the development strategy of IReader from the perspective of user experience,and finds out the importance of user experience in the development of IReader.Through the research,it is found that in the aspect of content experience,IReader has established a content online mode of "copyright introduction + original content production",and has realizes customized and personalized content distribution through big data analysis and intelligent recommendation on the premise of meeting users' basic reading needs;In the aspect of audio-visual experience,IReader constantly provides users with better audio reading materials,realizing a better auditory experience of "switching between watching and listening at any time".Through the editing innovation of digital publications,e-books with words,pictures and videos as the main communication carriers are added,breaking through the traditional two-dimensional visual experience and further enriching the sensory experience;In terms of operation experience,IReader promotes users to develop reading habits and guide readers to read high-quality books according to product positioning.In addition,IReader update and iterate according to users' feedback and operation behavior.;On the level of emotional experience,IReader plays the subjective role of users in the process of information dissemination,enables users to express their emotions and get resonance in the interaction with other users,authors and products,and promotes users to have a sense of value identity through the shaping of product brand image.After analyzing the successful experience of the current development of IReader,this paper makes a comparative analysis of Ireader,QQ reading and Netease snail reading,which are two mobile reading clients with obvious reader positioning differences,summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of IReader,and puts forward some relevant thoughts for further improving the user experience of IReader: first,First,palm reading technology should take advantage of the content,technology and user resources of IReader,strengthen the sense of responsibility,balance the relationship between business value and user experience;Secondly,it should consolidate the user emotional experience of IReader,maintain the user group and enhance the sense of belonging;Finally,it should pay attention to the deep reading service of mobile reading,increase the transformation business beyond the pleasant psychological feelings,and serve the readers' needs to change themselves.
