With the continuous development of Internet fitness applications, more and more people begin to regard the home, office, garden, etc.as the place of doing exercises.Because of the popularization and dissemination of yoga,it has gradually entered the world of Internet.Compared with other sports APP,the market share of yoga APP is relatively small. At present, yoga APP cannot fulfill the effect of yoga practice.Even worse, there are some security risks during the usage.Purpose: In order to improve the user experience of yoga APP during the usage, this paper aims to study the combination of the Flow theory and the theory of yoga "flow" in the design process of yoga APP.Method: On the basis of using the flow theory PAT model of the psychology field for reference, this paper elaborates the expression of design in the period of research and development concretely through the study and extraction of yoga groups' demanded characteristics in the daily behavior.Besides,it establishes the design and application process of the flow experience elements which includes four parts and twenty design principles.Result: This paper presents a design model of the integration of the theory of yoga "flow" and "flow" theory--"Task-Feedback-Attention-Experience" flow model(The flow mode of TFAE,referred to as "TFAE flow model").Finally, taking the design of Yogaland APP as an example,it creates new methods to design the yoga APP by TFAE flow model, and proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the APP via the design verification. Conclusion: This paper provides a better practice experience for yoga practitioners, and offers new approaches and ideas for the design of such APP.
