With the increase of Internet penetration,people gradually adopt the form of mobile digital reading.With the awakening of knowledge awareness,the reading needs and reading scenarios in mobile reading scenarios are upgraded,which puts forward higher requirements for the breadth and depth of mobile reading content.However,due to its inevitable fragmentation,mobile reading has a negative impact on the user's reading effectiveness and reading experience under the limited time.In this paper,from the perspective of readers' adoption and continuous use of mobile reading applications,we focus on how to quickly grasp users' interests by means of product design,and improve user loyalty and product stickiness by optimizing user experience.Based on such a goal,the author first uses the desktop research method to collect the user's reading motivation and behavior characteristics,and explores the internal and external factors that affect the user's experience under the premise of using mobile devices to read books.Finally,the author summarizes and summarizes the existing literature research results from the subjective and objective classification.After the literature research,we use the method of in-depth interview to collect the reading habits of the target users and the attitude,past experience and satisfaction evaluation of mobile reading without any presupposition.Based on the original interview data collected,this paper uses grounded theory to integrate and summarize the fragmentary interview data.On this basis,combined with the research results of literature research and user interviews,the hypothesis was set in advance,and the data collected from the questionnaire was used to verify and supplement the hypothesis.Finally,the product design factors and user experience expectations that affect user adoption and continuous use behavior in mobile reading applications are obtained.After the preliminary research,the optimization strategy is constructed.Firstly,according to the product design factors and corresponding user experience expectations obtained from the research,they are mapped to the product modules of reading applications on the mobile end,fully investigate the competitive products,and list the design opportunities and existing problems of each module.On this basis,the paper constructs the optimization strategy of each module design of the mobile reading application aiming at guiding the excellent reading.Finally,the optimization strategy is applied to the specific design practice to verify.This paper discusses the influencing factors and mechanism of the reading behavior of mobile users in specific vertical fields,expands the theoretical system of the research on the differences of the reading behavior of mobile users,and enriches the construction of the related conceptual system and theoretical framework in the application field of mobile reading.At the same time,the optimization strategy of the mobile reading platform design provides practical suggestions for the mobile reading application design,which helps to improve the mobile reading experience and product stickiness.
