The technology of the Internet of things and its related industries have been developed rapidly since its birth,but there are some problems that cannot be ignored in the traditional architecture of the Io T: First,the application environment of the Io T is becoming more and more complex,and the perception layer is facing the access of many types of nodes situation;Second,the huge amount of data generated by massive devices,if not managed,will bring great pressure to the cloud.Aiming at the above two problems,this paper designs a multi-source sensing intelligent access system of the Io T with the ability of data management.The system focuses on the front-end sensing layer and intelligent gateway layer in the Io T architecture.Design sensing nodes and intelligent gateway.These two parts cooperate with each other to achieve common signal access and data management functions in the field of the Io T.Multi-source access makes the system application scenarios more extensive and data management shares the work pressure for the cloud.A variety of communication modes between nodes and gateways makes the system more flexible.The specific work done is as follows:1)In the front-end sensing layer,the first step is to design the sensing nodes covering common signal types in the field of the Io T;Lo Ra and narrowband Io T technology are used in the communication mode of the nodes;At last,in the aspect of node power supply,the battery power supply mode is added.Wireless transmission can effectively improve the flexibility of sensor nodes,and the battery power supply can improve the convenience of sensor nodes,expand the scope of application of sensing nodes.2)At the gateway level,the intelligent gateway not only designed the signal access module but also includes the RK3288 master control module,power management module,a communication module,a display module,and so on.At the same time,it completes the encapsulation of the JSON data format and the construction of the SQLite database on the Linux operating system installed in the gateway.At the end,the MSP430 microcontrollers are used as the auxiliary control module to complete the data preprocessing of the analog signal,the formulation of the data communication protocol between the node and the gateway,and the intelligent control of the half-duplex differential data.Meanwhile,RS485 circuit matching resistance is explored.Manage the data in advance on the gateway side in order to alleviate the pressure on the cloud.Through the actual test and verification,it is proved that the multi-source sensing intelligent access system designed in this paper can efficiently complete the functions of data acquisition and processing.The wireless transmission mode of the front-end sensing node has a long transmission distance,and the battery-powered node has a good battery life performance,and the gateway level correctly realizes the reception and control of all kinds of data.The whole access system can be applied to the complex environment of the Io T,to provide a reference for specific applications in the Internet of things industry.
