With the rapid development of communication technology and smart hardware,the information society has gradually entered an era of Internet of Things.M2M(Machine to Machine)data interaction has become an important direction for the future development of information technology.The Internet of Things system has the characteristics of diversity of access devices and heterogeneity of communication protocols,resulting in poor data interoperability between network nodes.The gateway device is the basic component for data integration and protocol conversion of the Io T system.How to deal with the network standard problems and data integration problems caused by heterogeneous objects is a key problem that the Io T gateway needs to solve urgently.The traditional gateway equipment has limitations such as relatively single conversion network and high deployment cost,which cannot meet the needs of wide access of equipment in the Internet of Things scenario.In view of the shortcomings of traditional gateway equipment,this paper studies and designs an Io T multi-mode gateway system based on heterogeneous BLE,Lo Ra and Wi Fi and other wireless networks.The main research work and innovations as follows:(1)In view of the problem of poor data interoperability in heterogeneous networks in the Internet of Things,two different heterogeneous network fusion models of tight coupling and loose coupling are studied and compared,and a heterogeneous network based on loose coupling model is proposed Basic design ideas for network convergence;According to the problem of heterogeneous convergence and the functional characteristics of the gateway system,this paper proposes a hierarchical model and functional architecture of the multi-mode gateway system.(2)Proposed specific design schemes for the main functional modules of the multi-mode gateway system,mainly including terminal access module,data analysis and conversion module,data release and reception module;Based on the problem of poor scalability of traditional gateways and addressing of heterogeneous network nodes as well as the functional requirements of data forwarding,this article proposes a lightweight addressing specification and data format,and on this basis,the data communication mechanism between the gateway system and the domain is designed,using MQTT as a basic messaging protocol for the fusion of local and wide area networks,effectively solves the problem of data interconnection and interworking among nodes in different regions.(3)According to the actual application requirements,this paper proposes an implementation scheme of the Io T multi-mode gateway system software and hardware based on the embedded system platform.The hardware uses ARM Cortex-M4 micro-processing as the main control chip,ESP32 and SX1278 chips as gateway interface modules;The corresponding hardware circuit and program processing flow are designed to achieve specific functions.On this basis,a set of gateway system remote management PC software was developed.In this paper,the gateway system is tested from the aspects of node access,data transparent transmission,and delay performance.The experimental results show that the Io T multi-mode gateway system designed in this paper has a relatively reliable and efficient heterogeneous network fusion capability,Interoperability between networks has significant significance.
