At present,the development of storage in our country is extremely unbalanced.Most enterprises still use traditional material identification technology,combine with ERP and WMS management software,there are a lot of unnecessary manual operations in the management process,and the efficiency is low,resulting in human waste and economic loss.It is of great application value to design a warehouse system that realizes informationization and intelligence in inventory,intelligent access control monitoring,material location and software integration,and system independent expansion.Based on the facts above,this thesis has completed the following jobs:Firstly,the development and research status of Internet of Things and intelligent warehousing at home and abroad are researched in detail.Based on the warehouse transformation project of a power grid company,the various requirements of the intelligent warehouse system are discussed,and the system architecture is formulated in a targeted manner.The system is divided into labeling system,indoor fixed position,outdoor positioning and intelligent access control subsystem.The software part includes the business process server,data storage management center and web server,and the corresponding database is planned.Secondly,according to the system structure,the appropriate hardware equipment is selected,and the above subsystems are designed and implemented in detail,focusing on the solutions to the problems of intra-bay positioning,automatic inventory,and access control intelligent monitoring.On this basis,the data communication between each subsystem and the software server is improved,including the WIFI/GPRS remote communication mode,multi-thread blocking queue as the communication model.The communication protocol is designed in detail,and the data storage function is optimized.Then,the various functions of the Web platform are developed to realize the design of different function pages and mobile terminals of the software,and various security technologies are adopted at the software level,which greatly improve the security performance of the system.Finally,under the condition that the development work is basically completed,the test environment is built,the detailed test plan is designed,the system software and hardware are comprehensively tested,and the system plan is further improved accordingto the test results.
