| With the rapid development of wireless communication and internet of things technologies, intelligent products have been widely used in life and industrial sites.Nowadays, a large number of infrastructure such as optical splitter boxes, base station and manhole covers are built, the increasing of equipment also brings a series of management problems. The purpose of this paper is to develop an intelligent controller and intelligent key for monitoring the cable light container delivery, monitoring the condition of temperature, humidity, fire, flood, vibration in cable light container delivery and the identity of access to staff, and send data information collected to the management server via wireless communications. Intelligent key sends identity information of access of staff to controller by way of radio frequency. So as to achieve the purpose of monitoring and management of the cable light container delivery.Intelligent controller, intelligent key and electronic lock are developed in this paper, the intelligent controller’s double control core is two pieces of low power consumption of STM32L152RBT6 chip. One is used to collect data of sensors and modules such as time, temperature, humidity, fire, flood, vibration and the identity of the operator, another piece of STM32L152RBT6 control chip is responsible for uploading the data information collected by the last control chip via TCP/IP protocol to server through GPRS technology. The public IP address of the server is specified. The server deals with the collected data and determine the temperature, humidity, fire, flood, vibration, operator identity information whether there are abnormal. The intelligent key and intelligent lock is used in pairs. ATmega88PA single chip microcomputer control chip is used as lock cylinder in the lockset, and lock cylinder receives key codes of the intelligent key, when matched, open the lock. Intelligent key uses the strategy of two ATmega88PA microcontroller chips, one stores the key codes and the passwords opening the door, another transfers the identity of the person opening the door by controlling the nRF24L01+radio frequency chip and the intelligent controller. Two pieces of single chip computer transfer data through a serial port and use Visual c++ to write a based on TCP/IP protocol server PC software so as to accept the experimental data. Finally introduce product in detail and debug it, and verify the feasibility of the application of products developed in the market to lay a solid foundation for later upgrading. |
