With the rapid development of wireless sensor network technology and Internet of things technology,people pay more and more attention to the information transmission industry.The State encourages relevant units to build software and hardware products such as intelligent sensor,intelligent gateway,protocol conversion,industrial mechanism model base,industrial software,and accelerate the deployment and application.The gateway of the Internet of things is mainly used to realize the communication between wireless sensor network and traditional communication network.It can display the data collected by the sensor network of t he sensing layer more intuitively,so as to realize the functions of the lower layer sensing network and the upper layer application,and finally complete the monitoring and management of the detection environment.This paper mainly discusses a kind of intelligent gateway platform with low power consumption,which is applied to real-time acquisition and monitoring in a variety of complex environments.It is designed and implemented based on the detection of vibration early warning environment.Firstly,this paper analyzes the research status of wireless sensor network technology and Internet of things gateway at home and abroad,and selects the appropriate wireless communication mode,system core microprocessor and embedded operating system based on the current gateway function and performance requirements.Finally,it proposes the design scheme of the whole architecture of intelligent gateway for Internet of things,and according to the sensing layer,network layer and application layer.The whole intelligent gateway platform can be divided into three sub platforms: acquisition terminal,gateway sub platform and monitoring center.Secondly,the hardware and software design of the whole platform is analyzed in detail according to the overall design scheme.In the hardware design,the ARM microcontroller raspberry pie 3B + and stm32l496 single chip microcomputer are used as the core to build the intelligent gateway hardware platform,and the design principle of the hardware platform is described in reasonable detail.In the gateway sub platform,around the 3B + core processor of raspberry pie,the peripheral expansion circuit modules are designed: serial port expansion module,Lora module,4G module and camera module.In the acquisition terminal,stm32l496 single chip microcomputer is used as the core,and the power circuit,amplification circuit and Lora communication circuit are designed.Based on the above hardware platform,the platform software design is carried out.The data collection and transmission of the sensing layer is carried out by the collection processing program in the collection terminal.The gateway sub platform is based on the Linux operating system,and the application processing program of each module is constructed,and the application tasks are scheduled and managed based on the multithreading mechanism.The monitoring center uses Java Web server to monitor and manage the data in the perception layer.Finally,the software and hardware test environment of the whole platform is built,and the test scheme is designed to verify the functions of each sub module and the overall function of the whole platform,including the establishment of gateway network,SMS short message transmission,remote video monitoring and data collection and transmission.According to the test results,the platform designed in this paper can monitor the intrusion warning information in the ground environment and meet the design objectives.
