Research On Warehousing Management Informatization Of H Company Cold Chain Division

As information technology develop fast,cold chain logistics industry in China has entered a historical stage of diversified development.However,the informatization management level of the cold chain logistics industry still has a significant gap with western developed countries,which also urges informatization transformation and upgrading of domestic cold chain enterprises.In the context of "the Belt and Road" and the construction of Hainan Free Trade Zone(Port),Hainan's economic development will usher in a huge economic development opportunity.As a representative of cold chain enterprises in Hainan Province,H Company has advanced and complete cold chain warehousing infrastructure.However,with the continuous growth of business volume,its warehousing management informatization bottleneck gradually emerged,which has become a major hidden danger for the company's long-term development.Faced with the current complex and ever-changing development environment,H Company urgently needs to promote the improvement of warehousing management informatization construction to achieve the improvement of enterprise informatization level.This article takes warehousing management informatization of H Company Cold Chain Division as the research object.First of all,based on the macro environment of the cold chain logistics industry at home and abroad,a summary of the relevant literature and theoretical research foundations of warehousing informatization is carried out to form the research ideas and implementation methodological foundation of warehousing management informatization.Secondly,by elaborating the current status of warehousing management,the current problems are put forward.Furthermore,in light of the issues raised,it sorted out and completed the analysis of the business and technical needs of the warehousing management informatization,and formulated an informatization master plan.Subsequently,through the use of informatization implementation methodology,the research of warehousing management informatization implementation was carried out.After a series of work such as pre-implementation work,solution design and system implementation,the informatization system was successfully promoted,which has met the expectations of informatization and exerted a positive influence on the development of H Company's cold chain warehousing business.Finally,by proposing organizational and management guarantee measures,it provides a strong guarantee for the continuous improvement of this research.This paper's research results on warehousing management informatization not only further improved H Company's refined management level,but also provided informational basic service support for the company's future cold chain industry layout,and also provides theoretical reference and experience reference for informatization development of domestic cold chain enterprises.
