With the rapid development of information technology, warehouse management through the Internet has become an inevitable trend. The birth of computer management system broke the original mode. The original warehouse management business was confusing, mainly in labor management. With the continuous development of the world and the use of office software, management of statistical work gradually improved. However due to good business development, appropriate management is limited. In recent years, many Chinese companies have good development opportunities and are in a more efficient and rapid pace. Using the new intelligent management system to change the current status of Laggards warehouse management has become enterprises information necessary trend of development.The system is created based on the actual logistics management background. The system is a comprehensive management system that combines software development technology, network communications technology, databases, application technology and visual modeling technology as a whole. The main works of this paper are the following. First, the background and significance of system development are analyzed, compared. Then it analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing domestic and international logistics management system in order to determine the main elements of the system development; Secondly, according to the system business requirements, functional requirements and non-functional requirements, it conducts in-depth analysis and determines the system should have the features including: sector management, staff management, system management, product management, customer management, supplier management, materials management and warehouse management and functional requirements of the system by UML diagram for intuitive analysis carried out. Then, based on the function of the system, it achieves a detailed design, business process design according to actual system operation processes. And finally, it uses automated testing tools for system test. The functionality and performance of a comprehensive test shows that the system meets the needs of users.The development of intelligent logistics management system is suitable for warehouse management operations. The daily occurrence for the Business Warehouse is divided into different functional modules. By using this system, we can improve the work efficiency of the staff. Through the division of roles and the operating authority for the control of all types of users, it can be good for stocks scientific management, and can improve the security of the system. The successful implementation of the system has some reference value for the development of other similar companies warehousing and logistics system.
