Although China’s logistics information has been considerable development in recent years, but there are still some outstanding issues: lack of logistics industry development and utilization of information resources, information technology development of logistics enterprises and logistics imbalance of advanced information technology in the logistics industry application and promotion of low level, low level of information automation of logistics facilities and equipment, intelligence and goods management. Promote the development of logistics information, to promote scientific development of modern logistics and accelerate the transformation of economic development is important. The issue of China’s logistics for enterprise information management, design a suitable warehouse-based logistics business of management information systems in order to contribute to the logistics industry information construction in China.Development background thesis on the use of warehouse logistics management information system, at home and abroad to conduct a comprehensive understanding of the system, access to warehouse logistics business processes and information format requires statistics, a comprehensive analysis of user needs, and the formation of a requirements document identified. Paper warehouse logistics enterprises in accordance with relevant requirements, combined with information obtained analysis to achieve the functionality of the system, then the functionality of the system to achieve the outline design and detailed design module and database design based on the outline design. Demand analysis includes two aspects: functional requirements analysis and non-functional requirements analysis. In terms of functional requirements analysis, based on the current warehouse logistics enterprise workflow management system business processes were analyzed, focusing on warehouse management, receipt management, shipping management, damage handling, returns processing and other business processes were analyzed. In the non-functional requirements analysis, system security, stability, data processing capacity and system response time to do the analysis.
