With the development of national economy and people's food requirements, the proportion of low-temperature food consumption to total food consumption is increasing rapidly. But the development of cold chain logistics, in the other hand, is lag behind especially in software field which leads to great loss and high costs during the storage and transport process. According to a survey, only in the year of2010, hundred billions RMB wastes is cost by rotting food in our country. The lagged development of cold chain logistics system is not only caused huge economic losses, but also threatens the food safety. Therefore, to construct a professional cold chain logistics warehouse management system, is not only benefit in reduce the time cost and resource waste in circulation, but also helpful to solve the food safety issues by its traceability system.The warehousing link in cold chain logistics is taken as the object in this paper. The technology of the Internet of Things and the principles of warehouse management system are used; the framework of cold chain logistics warehouse management system is designed, and its key module, tracing system, which has the largest differences with normal logistics, is designed detailedly and realized finally.To begin with, the current situation and problems of the warehousing link is analyzed rely on Henan Zhongpin cold storage warehouse. And the detailed demand such as the processes and functions of the main modules, the wireless and interface requirements are analyzed. The flow chart of each module and the overall interface requirements chart of the system are drawn.Then, based on the demand analysis, the conceptual design of the data layer is carried out, the E-R model of each module is constructed and integrated; the required data form is defined by normal formulas optimization and the relationship between each data form is confirmed. The database of the system is established by using SQL Server2005.Furthermore, the data mapping layer and data operating layer of the system is designed.. NET platform and C#language is used to program the public class. The tray table is taken as example to present the design of entity class and data operating class. And then, the login module and the tray management module are realized to verify the public class.Finally, by the combination of two technologies including "internet of things" and warehouse tracing algorithm, the detailed design and realization of the tracing module is carried out. the EPC encoding algorithm is designed according to the system database, and from the aspect of EPCIS, the data organization of the Internet of Things tracing system is researched and designed; the operating-based tracing tree algorithm is designed rely on the warehouse operation. By using both of the two methods, a comprehensive information tracing can be achieved which provides a strong guarantee for food safety.
