Since the beginning of the Internet era,many countries in the world have proposed new development concepts,such as Germany's"Industry 4.0",the United States' "Industrial Internet"and our country's "Made in China 2025."Under the influence of these emerging concepts,equipment automation,production intelligence,and individualization of demand have become representative features of emerging industrial development.In the current e-commerce supply chain management system,suppliers,manufacturers,distributors,retailers,etc.of intermediate products and final products are prepared from the procurement of raw materials until the products reach the final customers.The warehouse management system is at the core of the foundation.An intelligent warehouse management system can help enterprises reduce costs.Together with a reasonable distribution mechanism and a complete logistics system,they can ensure that goods have a high spot rate in various places.It means higher returns.Therefore,this paper combines multiple warehouses scattered in different regions of the company as the background,and builds a smart warehouse management system based on B/S structure for the company's existing C/S structure-based warehouse management system.WMS+).According to business needs,the eight functional modules that the system should have are determined,namely,system settings,basic data settings,inventory management,inbound and outbound management,return management,transfer task management,delivery task management,and report display.In the inbound and outbound management module,the rules for the entry and exit of different types of goods are quite different.Therefore,in the development process,we adopt the strategy mode for design and development;in the transfer task,we use the sales forecast algorithm and balance The replenishment algorithm calculates the replenishment quantity of all the goods under the store for each store,and uses the Quartz scheduling framework to realize the automatic execution of the transfer task during development;in the distribution module,the mileage saving is adopted according to the distribution of the company warehouse and the store.The algorithm optimizes the distribution path.The system design adopts the architecture of front and rear separation.The front-end layout adopts Vue+ElementUI as the page framework,and WebPack is used as the package management tool.The backend uses SpringMVC+Spring+Mybatis,uses Maven for dependency management,and uses the framework of Thrift+Zookeeper to implement service registration and discovery.The database uses the MySQL version 5.6,using the non-relational database Redis as the cache server of the system.
