With the continuous development of cold-chain logistics industry, related technology matures, more perfect system, precision requirements for temperature monitoring system is becoming more and more highly.Traditional cold-chain logistics generally recorded the environment temperature by artificial used thermometer, not only a waste of manpower, low efficiency, also is unable to meet the development request of the current cold-chain logistics scaleand intelligent. Cold-chain logistics is along with the development of other industries need to break old ideas, drawinglesson from the lastest achievements in the development of science and technology, especially in temperature and humidity.On the basis of previous studies, this paper put forward a kind of cold-chain logistics temperature and humidity monitoring andproduct mark, recognition and tracking systembased on wireless sensor networkand radio frequency identification technology. This paper referencedthree layer structure of the internet of things, divided the system into perception layer, managementlayer and service layer, the perception layer and management layerare the research emphasis in this paper.Perception layer is composed of the Zigbee wireless sensor network and radio frequency identification system, and it is the main source of system data, responsible for collecting environmental information in carriage of insulation truck, identification and tracking of the product, provided data support for the "traceable" system. Managementlayer is monitoring platform based on embedded system, and it integrates GPRS, GPS modules, completed data storage application of database technology and management, putted up GUI by the embedded Qt.Based on fuzzy control theory, the paper designed fuzzy self-tuning strategy of temperature and humidity controlling system. Matlab/Simulink simulation results show that the fuzzy PID control not only has the advantages of PID control, but it has adaptive function, good dynamic performance and steady-state performance.
