With the development of cold chain logistics and the continuous improvement of customer consumption level,the demand and circulation of cold chain food are increasing year by year and cold chain food is easy to rot.This puts forward higher requirements for distribution center to ensure food quality and safety.Distribution center is mainly a logistics activity place engaged in distribution activities and accompanied by warehousing operations.As one of the most important links in the logistics activities of the whole distribution center,the efficient operation of its system directly affects the improvement of enterprise operation efficiency.It is the key to improve inventory turnover,reduce cold chain food damage and reduce cost.T cold chain logistics distribution center is a comprehensive logistics enterprise which integrates classified storage,packaging and distribution.It mainly receives cold chain food from parts of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,such as vegetables,fruits and dairy products.Based on the current situation of vegetable,fruit and dairy products in the storage system of T cold chain logistics distribution center,a simulation model is established.In the simulation,it is found that there are some problems in the process of storage operation in the distribution center,such as long storage time,large amount of manual operation and large quantity of goods damaged.Based on the analysis of the problem,the paper puts forward the introduction of RFID radio frequency technology,the rational distribution of personnel work,the combination of storage strategy and the principle of goods first in first out to formulate the optimization scheme.The optimized storage operation is simulated again.By analyzing the simulation results of its output,the efficiency of storage operation is effectively proved.In order to realize the better development of the enterprise,we should introduce intelligent information technology,formulate reasonable and complete rules and regulations,strengthen the quality management of goods and strengthen the guarantee measures for the training of professional talents. |
