Research On The Innovation Strategy Of Library Public Cultural Services

The construction of public culture is one of the components of the public management system,and also an important embodiment of the country's soft power.The report of the 19th National Congress clearly pointed out that culture is the soul of a country and a nation.As a supplement of public cultural service,library plays an important role in promoting the reform of cultural supply mode and improving the quality of public cultural service products in the construction of public cultural service system.To improve the quality of public cultural service products needs many reforms,and the innovation of public cultural service is a part of them.However,at present,there is no rigid policy requirement for the public cultural service of Libraries in China,and there is also a lack of specific guidance.The corresponding mechanism and platform are not perfect,and it all depends on the exploration of libraries.In the 5g era of continuous development of science and technology and rapid change of network information technology,people's demand for spiritual culture beyond material culture is also growing.Libraries need to apply electronic information technology and diversified new media communication means in the new era to the innovation of public cultural service system and team,so as to further promote the development of reading and public service The innovation of cultural services makes the whole society better enjoy the public cultural services brought by the library.From the perspective of public management,this paper combs the current situation of Library's public cultural service.On this basis,combined with the development of W city library's public cultural service,drawing on the experience at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the innovation of W city library's public cultural service,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of service concept,service mode,service system,etc.This paper puts forward some innovative suggestions on the public cultural service of W city library.
