Study On The Promotion Of Classic Reading In Hunan Public Libraries Based On The Guidance Of Cultural Confidence

Cultural soft power is an important part of the national comprehensive national strength,so the promotion of cultural soft power has a positive role in promoting and leading the cultural confidence of the people.Classic reading can enhance the comprehensive quality of the whole people,and the public library as the main site for the national reading classic works,so it is the duty and responsibility to promote the national classic reading as a service goal,promote the national classic reading,and build a book-fragrant society at an early date.This study used the form of questionnaire star and field distribution questionnaire to investigate the readers and public librarians in Hunan Province,respectively.In view of readers' understanding of classical reading,the behavior of daily reading classics,the views of public library classic reading promotion activities and the suggestions to public libraries,the survey results are analyzed by using the basic functions of questionnaire star in four aspects: the librarian mainly investigates the organization planning,implementation,evaluation and suggestion of public library classical reading promotion activities.From the analysis of Changsha Library,Xiangtan Library,Zhuzhou Library organized representative classic reading promotion activities case In this paper,the characteristics of the activities of these libraries are obtained: Changsha Library has rich and diverse forms of activities,and various cooperative activities are mutually beneficial and win-win;Xiangtan Library pays attention to readers' experience and shows readers the charm of traditional culture;Zhuzhou Library takes the network as the medium,vigorously carries out online activities,and pays attention to the inheritance of red classic culture.By summarizing the above research,we can find the current problems,including readers' lack of systematic classic cognitive system,library neglecting the construction of reading environment,single document resources,little activity promotion,classic reading promotion team is not professional,and activity evaluation system is not sound.In view of the above problems,some reasonable suggestions are put forward under the background of cultural self-confidence,including readers' construction of correct classical cognition system,strengthening the construction of classical reading environment,enriching the collection of literature resources,increasing the publicity of activities,creating classical reading guidance team and perfecting the evaluation system of activities,which can promote the promotion ofclassic reading in Hunan Public Library development,so that the people in the process of active participation in classical reading in love with classical culture,and enhance cultural confidence.
