All along,reading and library service are interrelated.In the library,reading promotion,as an important content of serving readers,has been attached great importance for a long time.As the Chinese government continues to pay more attention to reading and reading promotion services,in 2017,the State Administration of press,publication,radio,film and television issued the 13 th five year plan for the development of nationwide reading,which is the first national nationwide reading plan in China.Reading promotion service has also become a hot topic in the field of public library.As the cultural information center,the public library has an unshirkable responsibility for the National Reading Promotion and the optimization of reading promotion service.At present,with the advent of the Internet era,the rapid development of information technology has also made people's reading become fragmented,and the taste of reading has also undergone earth shaking changes.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of readers,many public libraries have also made innovations in the way of reading promotion services.In addition to the traditional reading meetings,Theme Reading days,etc.they also actively use new media to promote reading Use wechat,microblog and other we media to promote reading.The innovation of reading promotion service has become the core content of Public Library's nationwide reading work.Based on this,this paper combs and defines the concepts of reading promotion,reading promotion service and public library reading promotion,analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on reading promotion and reading promotion service,and analyzes the reading promotion service of N library with the help of new public management theory and new public service theory.At present,the reading promotion service of N library has made some achievements,the brand activity system has been initially formed,the way of publicity and promotion is becoming more and more mature,the construction of digital resources continues to advance,and the awareness of reading guidance is gradually enhanced.Comprehensive analysis shows that the innovation of reading promotion service of N library is affected by national policy factors,economic development factors,cultural environment factors,information technology factors and readers' reading demand factors.At present,there are shortcomings in institutionalization construction,fund support needs to be improved,propaganda methods are too few,content quality needs to be improved in the promotion process,and there is a gap between promotion service and readers' demand Contradictions,the lack of institutionalized normalization of communication and cooperation platform,the lack of professional reading promotion talents.Therefore,the author analyzes the innovation of Public Library's reading promotion service from six dimensions:reading promotion concept innovation,reading promotion activity innovation,reading promotion media innovation,reading promotion space innovation,reading promotion talent innovation and reading promotion organization innovation.In order to smoothly promote the nationwide reading and do a good job in the innovation of reading promotion service,we need to strengthen the promotion work of public libraries and enhance their attraction;innovate the form and content of reading promotion,build a long-term mechanism of reading promotion;seek diversified cooperation and improve the promotion mechanism.
