Human resource management is the whole process of which contains the planning of Human resource requirement,which been made according to the prediction of Human resource management needs;the recruitment and selection of personnel;the effective organization of employee evaluation,compensation payment and stimulation;the efforts of finding good methods to meet both organizational needs and individual needs to achieve the optimal effects in Human resource management.So the project is designed to build a set of Human resource management system,to meet and assist the personnel department in statistical analysis along with Human resource management to achieve the fine,automatic and intelligent management of Human resource.And it will be helpful as the accurate basis been provided for the personnel department to make right decisions,to improve the utilization rate of personnel and can also act as a good platform for the personnel department to carry out personnel service and talent reserve smoothly.This thesis describes how to use Java and the database technology of SQL Server 2008 to develop a Human resource management system,which includes the functions of user management,department management,personnel management,payroll management and information inquiry and so on.The system has a relatively secure environment;The server autonomy made the system more reliable.It can be used in the personnel management of small and medium sized enterprises.This thesis describes the requirement gathering,use cases gathering,System feasibility analysis,business process analysis,data flow analysis in detail,and introduces the overall system design,database design and the methods of system design and its implementation,which are all served for the goal of the thesis.Through the use of the system,we find that it can improve the efficiency of human resource management,reduce the cost of human resource management by the adoption of scientific methods and agile software in the control and implementation of Humanresource management.And it is also helpful to distribute Human resource reasonably and to enhance the efficiency of Human resource management,to achieve the final goal of resource saving and efficiency improvement.
