In the information age,the computer has been used as an essential tool for thousands of families,and it quickly conquers all the users with its strong advantage.With the continuous development of information technology in our country,there are more companies that are using computer technology to manage the company's personnel work.The main purpose of information management is to improve the overall efficiency of personnel management,and ensure the accuracy and fairness of the work of personnel management.This paper takes the small and medium-sized enterprises as the main object,based on personnel management of some enterprise in Yanji,combined with the actual demand of enterprise personnel management to study the personnel management system.During the study,firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of the existing domestic and foreign literatures were analyzed.Then,we study and analyze the system demand and the function of the system by the requirement analysis and module design method.Finally,we design and implement a personnel system that can be used in personnel management by the enterprise.The system includes four functions,which are the function of personnel information management,salary management,attendance management and the management of credit card,respectively.According to the actual needs of enterprises,we make the research plan of this system,such as the MVC design pattern,B/S client/server mode.By this way,users can access the system through a browser.In order to improve the level of data management and storage speed,system uses SQL Server database to manage data.Enterprise personnel management has been tested,and has been put into use,and gets a good feedback.The realization of this personnel management system,compared with the previous software system,significantly increases the efficiency of personnel management.This system effectively realizes the reasonable collocation of personnel information management,salary management and attendance management,and improves the level of information management.
