Human resource management is an important work of enterprises.Many large enterprises improve the efficiency and level of human resource management by developing or purchasing human resource management system by themselves.However,due to various reasons,many small and medium-sized enterprises are still using manual management of human resources,management costs and efficiency are low.In the course of developing this subject,we investigated the actual situation of human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China,analyzed their differences and problems in human resource management business process and large and medium-sized enterprises,designed and implemented an application software of human resource management that can meet the basic needs of these enterprises,and reduced the number of small and medium-sized enterprises.The cost of human resource management improves the efficiency of management.The main research work and innovations of this paper are as follows.(1)Following the basic principles and design ideas of modern software engineering development application system,we carry out feasibility study and requirement analysis of the application system,and implement its basic requirements and principles in the overall design,detailed design,specific coding,implementation and testing process of the system.(2)The method of combining UML modeling with structured method is used to analyze the functional requirements of the application system,which makes the implementation process of the overall function of the application system more flexible.(3)The system adopts today's mature.NET Framework and three-tier architecture to improve the efficiency of system development and system security.(4)Data management technologies such as ADO.NET and SQL Server 2010 are adopted to ensure the unified management of the system database and the security of personnel data.(5)The system has friendly interface and convenient operation.Due to paying more attention to some humanized design such as non-functional requirements,such as the design of system setup module,the prefix of employee's work number can be automatically generated,and the acronym code of department can be automatically generated according to the name of department,which facilitates operation,reduces many unnecessary input and input errors,and improves the system.Usability and security improve user experience.At this stage,the business functions of human resource management system in small and medium-sized enterprises have passed the test successfully,and the test results basically meet the set goals.At present,the system runs smoothly and can meet the basic needs of human resources management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
